“Totl Building completed a full kitchen rennovation on our home July-August 2017. A wall was removed and our main floor was completely redesigned to be open concept. Drew and his team were all very personable and professional. The project was completed on time, on spec and within budget. Quality of work was top notch and I would definitely recommend Totl Building in the future.”

Using Mr Build Dunbar has made it easy for me in my work around our condo. I know that a phone call will get things done properly and promptly. “Chad and Mark were great contractors to work with. The process went smoothly from our initial consultation to the end of the project. They kept in constant communication about the progress and ensured we were happy every step of the way. We especially liked that they were able to stay on budget and give us cost saving tips for work we opted to do on our own. Their sub-contractors were also good and everyone cleaned up after themselves on a daily basis. I would recommend 1364 Services Inc. and would definitely hire them again.”
