“Gianluca is more than a contractor and it shows. He is very good at what he does. He has fostered exceptional relationships with top-notch trades. He listens and is very responsive. His standards are exceptionally high. He is proactive, and he understands how best to work with clients and guide them through the renovation process. This was our first renovation experience. We changed the flow of the main floor, gutted and expanded the kitchen, moved a wall, windows and a fireplace, and gutted the bathroom and main bedroom closet. Carpentry, drywall, painting, plumbing, HVAC and electrical were required. We interviewed several contractors, checked references and hired the contractor we thought could do the job. As the project progressed, we realized it was not working out. Mid-job the mistakes and delays became apparent and after much frustration we had to part ways. The project was a mess. One of our suppliers suggested Gianluca. What a relief – the difference was night and day. He quickly and thoughtfully assessed the situation and uncovered problems we did not know we had. We looked forwarded to working with Gianluca and his team each day they arrived on site. Gianluca provided accurate assessments of the work required and completed the work on time and on budget. The results were what we had hoped for, and in some areas better than we expected. Gianluca, all we can say is thanks.”

“We hired Mike from M & D Builders to produce the full set of drawings required to our commercial building extension project in Brampton. He quickly scheduled to come over to our site to discuss the project further, he also schedule for his team to drop by the place for measurements and proceed with project. They were extremely helpful through the entire process and were able to have the drawings completed and submitted in a timely manner. Mike was always available by phone and email responding and helped me through my permit application process till we got it. I want to thank Mike and his team for the job extremely well done. I will never look for another firm and always recommend them to my colleges.”

“After 5 years of living in our midtown bungalow and growing our family, it was time for us to overhaul our home. Our 1941 house had not been renovated since the early 80s. The bedrooms, kitchen and living areas were all on one floor, and the feel was drab, dark and tired. After several meetings and quotes with designers and contractors, hiring Bridgemont Properties was the easiest and best decision we could have made. The quoting and ideation process was clear, organized and highly professional. Marion and Rocco immediately put us at ease with their excellent design ideas and creative use of space and colour. Everyone working on our home during the months of the renovation taking place were courteous and skilled. Work was always done on time and Bridgemont Properties remained cognitive and respectful of our deadlines and budget. Their constant, thorough communication and responsiveness kept our family so at ease during the process. Marion and Rocco’s collaboration and imagination was astounding. The design, decor and incredible use of colour most certainly created the ‘wow’ factor we were looking for! “Patricio was an amazing contractor to work with. We did a full house renovation this past summer. one Kitchen, two bathrooms, Engineering Floor in the whole house, Interior Garage Floor and exterior interlocking, wood deck in the backyard plus many other details and spaces. Patricio and his crew were courteous, kept us informed about options and pricing, provided creative solutions to maintain us in budget and kept to the timeline for the job. From start to finish they listened to our concerns and were right in line with the look and design of the new spaces we wanted. The price was right and I feel we got a lot more than any other company would have done. This was no a small job with multiple unforeseeable issues that were resolved by Patricio to the last detail providing my family with peace of mind on all the options we choose. This is clearly a company that has integrity in their work and cares about their customers needs, something that is difficult to find these days . I will definitely use them for future renovations and recommend them to my friends.”

“We really enjoyed working with Aaron and Justin of Home Guru Inc. on our kitchen renovation and are thrilled with the results! They helped us to make our space more open, modern and functional. They listened to what we wanted and helped us work out the details of how to get there. As with any renovation, especially one where you are opening up and taking down walls, there were some surprises and setbacks, but Aaron and Justin worked diligently to help us attain our goals and try to stay within our budget. The thing we appreciated most about Home Guru was that we felt they were trustworthy and were always trying to do things in our best interest. We were never worried that they were trying to rip us off, cut corners, or give us the run around. They were reachable and easy to communicate with. One of their areas of expertise is in "smart" home automation, which we decided to incorporate into our reno. We adore the programmed lighting that adds to the mood of our space. Our favourite elements would be the in-ceiling speakers that we've added to the kitchen, living room, bedroom and backyard. We can now play or stream music all over house depending on our location and mood. Music is a big part of our lives and has become a part of our children's lives as well. Our new open-concept kitchen has improved the flow of our house and the overall feeling of the space. The kitchen looks beautiful and the cabinets and countertops are of high quality.
