The team created a kitchen for us that has changed the feel of our home entirely! The project was completed faster than I had anticipated and with remarkable consideration of how a kitchen remodel effects a family. They are very professional and reliable. They are honest and provide quality craftsmanship at a reasonable, fair price. They pay attention to detail and are just awesome to work with! “We needed a complete remodel for our bathrom. They were easy to work with and assisted us in meeting our budgetary goal while providing a great looking room with quanlity materials/fixtures. Every aspect of the job was handled professionally and no corners were cut. Kim and Jay communicated before and after every phase of the job to make sure were where informed, and happy with each part of the project. They take customer satisfaction personally and we are very happy with the bathroom. We highly recomend "Everything Under The Roof" for any project.”

“Bought a large condo. Love the place but the kitchen was ‘builder grade.” Found Crystal and Tony on Houzz. They worked with me and created a beautiful 3D CAD design. They handled the whole build process including permits and inspections. They even checked my home when we were away! Their contractors were professional and meticulous. Kitchen turned out fabulous!”

“As an Interior Designer, I couldnt imagine working with anyone other than Gulick and Co. In Madison, CT. Peter's and mine were "right on" as far as the extensive renovation. Kitchen, bathrooms, walls down, ceilings vaulted, floors, colors, etc. We took an 80's condo and truly turned it into a fabulous unit like none here at Legend Hill. They were extremely neat, respectful, and on time. I hope that Peter and Travis Gulick and myself can do more projects in the future.”

“Yankee remodeler was called to give a quote to find out how much a leak repair would cost. We had a contract to include taking off siding and to trace the leak. When one of the staff showed up and looked at the job he said it was not the siding but a pipe on the roof. They made the repair and worked great. Cost has 1/3 the original estimate. We had them come pack and repaint the ceiling where the leak had caused paint damage. Still less then the original estimate. They are coming back next month to replace the older windows in the house. I would HIGHLY recommend them.”
