He reworked the layout, plumbing, electric, ventilation system, drywall and painting. Cody gave me new ideas and solutions to make the space more efficient! I highly recommend this company! This was a suprise for my wife, the job was complete ahead of time, when I only gave JC Smith a short window to complete. The quality of the work was second to none. “We hired Daniel to do a major kitchen gut and renovation, install hardwood floors on the first floor, remodel our powder room and install recessed lighting in the basement. Daniel was wonderful to work with. He was extremely professional and stayed true to our original time-line. Daniel took care of any issues as they arose right away, and was not happy until we were totally satisfied. He stands by his work and his work is excellent. I would highly recommend him! “Love love love our new master bathroom and bedroom. Top quality work. Our addition was challenging but they made it look easy. They use subcontractors for some of the steps and they are excellent as well. The guys are easy to work with and I felt very comfortable having them in our home. As with any construction project it costs more than you’d think but it was worth it. Love the size window they put in the 5x8 shower, the insets for towels and decorations, all the tile work, the storage closets, how they incorporated the exposed fireplace chimney, and the ship lap. They have such quality cuts, they don’t need to hide the ends with trim. Just beautiful!”
