“We hired them for a complete kitchen remodel. The estimate was comparable to the others that we received. However, what set them apart was their communication and honesty. It was very easy to communicate with them at all hours. They were always responsive and respectful. Adam and the team will do whatever they can to make sure the project is done exactly how you want. Any issues that came up were immediately handled by the crew. The communication was outstanding and the work was professionally done. We had a minor plumbing issue after the project was completed and Adam took care of it immediately. I would highly recommend HTZ Construction.”

“Buckeye Basements did a fantastic job finishing our basement. Jon and Leah Smith, along with all of their contractors were very courteous, professional and did great work. Jon did a terrific job of designing our basement so that the layout is aesthetically pleasing and also very functional. The craftsmanship is outstanding from the studs, drywall and plumbing to the stonework, woodwork and electronics. When challenges came up over the course of the project, Jon and Leah were always very professional about presenting options and working through them. We love our basement and couldn't imagine a smoother construction process. We would highly recommend Buckeye Basements!”

“Hired JD and his company to extend our deck, reinforce as needed and to install a glass panel in the middle of the deck railing to add some pop and allow a view of our pond. JD and his crew did an amazing job - they evaluated and reinforced the structure supporting deck (correcting many mistakes by the original builder); extended/rebuilt the deck itself (I know it is small but ALL the nails lines up straight); installed the deck rail and installed the reinforced, tempured glass section. They also stained the deck. They showed up on time every day on time, worked a full day, kept the work site clean and tidy - they also listened to my concerns about a nearby tree and wisteria - they took great care to keep both unharmed by the reconstruction. They offered many different options so I could get the featues I wanted - I think their prices were on target. I would hire them again in a heart beat.”

“I am so grateful that we selected Keselman for our first floor renovation. Our kitchen, living room, dining room, and bathroom all turned out so wonderful. They were really great to work with the entire time and surpassed my expectations. They were extremely prompt in responses, always keeping us updated, always treating us with such respect and keeping a tidy workspace every evening. (this was so important to us with three little ones and living through the renovation) It was truly a pleasure working with them and you can tell they keep their standards consistent with their contractors also. Any small hiccup or change that arose they were prompt to help us remedy and it never became a headache. Everyone had the same high standards of performance and attitude -- it didn't occur to me how important that all would be until we were knee deep in the project.
