“Removal of plaster ceiling that had fallen as well as installation of new sheetrock ceiling with new light fixtures. They were careful to protect existing construction and repaired a part of the ceiling found to be rotten. All was completed in a timely manor.”

“George has over the last 10 years repaired our house that was cut in half by a huge tree that fell in an ice storm,remodeled a mountain cabin we own and built a river pavilion which could be featured in architectural digest. He is an excellent and honest builder who will give you 100%. If anyone would like to discuss his abilities,business ethics and or his willingness to do an exceptional job I would be more than happy to speak with them.”

Many builders do a great presentation but few truly know how to build a great house with as much grace as the talented builders of Morgan-Keefe. The results speak for themselves. What I particularly like about them is how they bring such competence and a strict accounting to their work and yet manage to do it with a personal, friendly approach. “Project was a major house renovation to include creating an open concept floor plan. Entire house was renovated from the ground up and inside to outside. Demolition and construction went smoothly and in a timely manner. Contractor was very responsive to our ideas and helpful in the design of our project. We are very happy with the end result and glad we went with Ron and Hawk Design Build.”

“Lowe’s has given us so much grief over our window installation- 3 years of grief. Elevated Home Restorations LLC have been the only ones that have helped me navigate through the long process. To be honest if it hadn’t been for Heather and Brian I would still be waiting years from now to get the job completed. Jumping back 3 years EHR was not the original contractor on the job in fact it was about a year into that they came in. Lowe’s had jerked us around, sent the wrong product and done abosolutely nothing to help. Brian and his complete team have worked diligently through each trial that Lowe’s has sent our way. They have been professional, helpful, worked hard, and even offered an ear to bend each time Lowes messed up. I have full faith in this company. Brian is upstanding and I would use him again and again for work needed in my home!! And a very special shout out to Heather- the wife and planner. She too has been over the top to assist me. In fact when my job is completed, I’m going to miss our weekly messages.”

“Jay, Chris and their team at Semper Fi did an extensive remodel/renovation for us prior to a move, while my wife and I were located 800 miles away from Black Mountain. Semper Fi was professional, helpful and flexible in accomodating our special situation and working in partnership with our design firm. Their communication is second-to-none, and they treat it as a point of honor to be accurate and reliable in their estimates of cost and time-to-completion of a project. We always felt like we had a good grasp on how our project was progressing, and their ability to keep a complex job on schedule and on budget was amazing. Followup at the end of the job was also really impressive--they were extremely responsive and helpful in listening to our feedback and quickly correcting anything that wasn't exactly perfect. Jay and Chris and their team were an absolute pleasure to work with. They have our highest recommendation!”
