“3181 Custom Homes helped us tear out a wall, remodel the kitchen, paint the interior and fix a long list of minor details to a home we purchased last summer. From the beginning they were prompt, respectful and precise. They started working quickly and were finished exactly when they projected to be finished. They stayed on budget and were open about costs throughout the entire process. There was never a hidden fee or surprise fee. No detail was too big or too small for these gentleman. “Cole builders installed a roof for me and did a outstanding job. The installers were very polite and took pride in there quality of work. I was very impressed when the foreman came back when the job was complete and made shure all was up to standard. I must say when the crew finished the work area was spotless, you would never know they were there. My neighbor also used Cole builders for his roof in December and he also had the same results.”

“All the workers were respectful and helpful. They offered and explained suggestions to improve our renovation without adding to costs. They actually saved on some costs in this manner. The work was completed in the time they projected in spite of a few slow phases due to weather and waiting on materials. Our renovation/ addition included an expanded kitchen and dining area, a new handicap accessible bathroom, and a walk in closet. It is so wonderful having not only a more functional home, but also a beautifully constructed home. The quality of the work was really impressive. I enjoyed working with Bryan and all those who took part in the renovation.”

And the cost was extremely reasonable; Derrick's quote was fair and did not take advantage of the fact that this is a resort area where too many people are accustomed to paying too much for this type of work.”

“I recently had water damage from hidden roof leak. I contacted Wildsmith Construction based on a friend's recommendation. The estimate seemed fair and their plan of action reasonable. During demolition, it was apparent the water leak did far more damage than originally thought. They discussed all options, recommendations, and worked directly with my insurance adjuster. While I am no carpenter, their work appeared complete and professional. They quickly responded my questions and any requests from my insurance company. ALL workers were very respectful to me, my wife, and my property. Besides being happy with the repairs, the final price was actually a little under the estimate. Am I happy with my decision to hire them? Yes. Would I hire them again for a future project (hopefully a happy project and not damage repair)? Absolutely.”
