“Fine Remodel transformed my basement walkout and patio into a showplace while also resolving issues I had with drainage and water collecting near my home's foundation. They installed a remotely located French drain and remodeled my patio with paving stones to create a work of art. Their crew was courteous and always cleaned up after the days work, keeping the work area safe for my family and looking neat. The work was performed within budget and on schedule, while giving me advance notice of what work was being performed, and when. They have my highest recommendation. Glen Hawkins”

Our finished product is exactly what we previewed via virtual reality technology. In a difficult time with supply chain issues, the Duncan Frazier team was able to work with the suppliers and effectively communicate on our behalf. Each of the different subs we worked with were experts and did fantastic work. The cabinet trim, tile work, and flooring was expertly installed and is always noticed by our friends and neighbors.
