“Simply put, Legacy Builders were amazing to work with from start to finish. Communication is top notch, everyone we worked with (Jon, Sadie, Evan and Steven) were easy to get ahold of and were quick to respond. Jon and Sadie took the time up front to help us design our ADU and the final product reflected that, even going over potential hiccups that could happen so we would be aware and prepared if anything did happen. Their estimates of work, and project management skills are top notch offering different options for estimates depending on which kind of work/look we wanted. They’re super flexible and work with you to get things just the way you like for as close to your budget as is possible. Evan (our project manager) would always keep us in the loop about when things were happening and next steps to come, so we were never left wondering "what's happening next?". They’re loyal to their people, and their people are loyal to them. Hands down would recommend to anyone needing construction/design work done. If we have another project in the future we will definitely be returning costumes.. oh yeah and our project ended up being completed a whole 2 MONTHS than the original estimated completion date! We absolutely LOVE our ADU- now 840sqft which my husband and I live in and couldn’t have done it without Legacy Builders.”

“We had Joey of FJA Construction do a lot of work fixing up our at the time 35 year old house. Quality of work was excellent and he was easy to work with. He did a lot of different types of work for us, tiling, kitchen cabinet installation, drywall repair/texturing/painting, outside deck rebuilding, stucco repair, and a lot more. We recommend FJA Construction highly.”

“The Gossage Group Inc. was referred to me by friends who remodeled their home and were pleased with the results. I purchased a fixer upper in Heritage Ranch, Paso Robles and hired the Gossage Group Inc. to do the remodel. The day escrow closed they began the project. The Gossage Group did a complete remodel. New roof, flooring, kitchen, bathrooms, paint, plumbing etc.. The entire project was completed in less then two months. The quality of work performed was great! “We have worked with contractors in the past on major house projects, and John Woulbroun is by far the best. He came highly recommended and did not disappoint. He added a living room, master bedroom, and completely redid the kitchen and dining area. He also did outdoor hardscape. John completes one job before he starts another, so he does not spread himself thin running between jobs. Because of that, he finished our job in less than the estimated time. He presented a comprehensive spreadsheet of the estimated costs and stuck very close to it. John was on the job every day from 7 am until late afternoon, even when other subcontractors were here. He has a low-key manner and is an excellent communicator. He is upfront and honest with ideas and has an artistic flair to complement his outstanding construction skills.”
