We were initially introduced to Craig Blecka owner of Generations West through a friend when encountering an emergency due to heavy rains in the Palm Springs California area. They had previously used Craig to remodel their home and highly recommended him. When it came time for us to remodel our CA home the key was having someone we could trust. So, without hesitation we contacted Craig. Remodeling our secondary home was made worry free and painless by Craig, Theresa Willie, Corney, and the entire Generations West team. And, I am a worrier so that says a lot for Craig and his team. We found ourselves being able to make decisions that would have otherwise required an unscheduled trip through conference calls and on on line sharing of data and photos. When we were in town appointment were made and handled timely and efficiently. Craig, Theresa, and Corney were our primary contacts, however, the entire team of people supporting our project were fantastic. When we were in town to see the progress regardless of who was there at the time we arrived at the house we were met with total professionalism and respect of our needs.
