“Jeffrey L. Henry Inc. built our dream home in 2014 and it was a wonderful experience! Everyone that Jeff surrounds himself with are first class all the way. From his office staff to all his subcontractors. The design process was great fun (and exciting too). Jeff and Justin came up with a completely new floor plan for us which fits our life style perfectly. To put it in a nutshell... You get more than you expect! Even though all the specifications are listed out for you, the actual finished product is much better than shown. Granted, we went over budget in certain areas (like the kitchen) but Jeff's budgets are quite generous! When ever we asked for something, Jeff's response was always "Yes". There were no surprises, no drama and above all the home is beautiful inside and out. Would we have Jeffrey L. Henry build us another home? Is tomorrow too soon?!”

“Andrew and the ALC team built an amazing addition to our home. Many people approach the building of a garage as a separate entity, but from the very start, Andrew listened to what we wanted and created a beautiful garage and breezeway that looked like it was a part of the original structure of our home. We felt confident from our very first meeting, that their knowledge, connections and experience would help us get the end results that we desired and they did not disappoint! Their continued involvement in every step of the building and design process held our confidence throughout and eased any of our expected worries. The quality of materials, help and suggestions that their team utilized were all exemplar. The level of craftsmanship far exceeded our expectations and has been noted by all of our neighbors, friends and family and even the occasional deliveryman. We could not be more pleased with the outcome. It is beautiful, it is exactly what we wanted and came in on budget!
I would recommend them to anyone looking to add to the value of their home. We know, without a doubt, that we would choose no other builder for any of our future plans.

He is hardworking, honest, fair and the quality of his work is excellent. I love that when you work with him, he is the one you are dealing with. His partner Tiler really helps with design, she is amazingly gifted at picking out items that work with budget and style. I tend to get overwhelmed. I have referred them to my closest friend and family and will continue to. I love that Ron communicates clearly and sets expectations. He has done small projects for me such as building out a closet in my kitchen and then done jobs as large as redesigning an entire home for one of my closest friends. Love him.”

“I appreciated all the time Brian, the owner of Miracle Contractors LLC, took with me to help with ideas and suggestions to make a lot of improvements needed to my old home (over 100 years old)! His crew replaced the siding, gave me a new roof, gutters, gutter guard, downspouts, plus tore down & built a new deck across the entire back of the house and installed 2 new sliding doors to go out to the deck. They did such great quality work that I had them come back to install new kitchen & bath flooring tiles and build a new large 16' x 24' shed which we love so much cause we now have better storage space! I would definitely use them again for any work needed on my home because they are extremely knowledgeable, have fair prices and his teams were great to work with. Felt like they became part of our family!”

“We recently had a large scale addition added to our kitchen, great room, master bed and bath. From our first consultation to the last inspection, the staff at Smithouse were always extremely friendly and professional.
After several years of thinking and talking about remodeling our out of date kitchen and living room/dinning room space, we finally made the move and asked friends who they would recommend. Several told us about Smithouse so we contacted Dave and his team. From the very beginning, they listened to our needs and communicated flawlessly. New kitchen island, stainless steel sink, granite counter tops, tile back splash, paint, raising the ceiling, fixtures, lighting….so many decisions for us, but they delivered exactly what we asked for.
We couldn’t be more thrilled with the finished product, that came in on budget and in less time that estimated. JP who managed the project, was professional, courteous, and on time every day. The crew that he brought was phenomenal, from start to finish the delivered, and cleaned up every step of the way. We missed them when they were gone, but 5 stars to the crew and our whole experience with Smithouse…we would definitely do it all again!
