“We were very fortunate to be able to hire Moore Construction to complete our bonus room over the garage. Suzanne had built our home in 2008 and we just bought it December 2016. We love every inch of our home which was designed and built both with an artistic eye and to need a minimum of maintenance to last forever. Suzanne matched our bonus room to the rest of the house so it also has wood floors and a plank ceiling complete with beams. All of the crews of men: the carpenters, drywall, drywall mud, floor finishers and painters were absolutely delightful, and it was all an effortless pleasure for us with Suzanne expertly handling everything. My husband and I had not had the vision that the bonus room could match the rest of the house, so we are so thrilled with this large additional beautiful space that far exceeded our expectations.”

“MLB did a great job on our project on Lake Keowee. We hired MLB to reside our house and rebuild the deck, twice as large as the original deck. Dave and Jan provided design services that were great, as well as first class construction. Their level of service and responsiveness was top notch. We would definately use them again.”
