“JMC Builders has done an amazing job on the projects I hired them to do for me. A sidewalk that turned out awesome. And a roof repair that I originally called them about getting a full replacement done. When they ce out and inspected it I was told replacing it was not needed and just a quality repair was all that needed to be done. And it has been leak free ever since. Great work performed and done in a timely manner at a great price.”

“I hired Steve and Jeffrey out of 7 contractors that I had interviewed. I chose them because they were personable, knowledgeable, had good energy, and listened to what I was asking to be done. I have an older home and wanted an update and changes made without taking away from some of the unique characteristics that I fell in love with in the first place. Steve and Jeffrey offered suggestions and worked with all of the issues we came across in a professional manner. When issues did arise, they were quick to resolve them. They were very fair when it came to the cost of any additional, unforeseen work. In addition, the crew that worked on my home were great. I never felt uncomfortable when they were in my home and I always trusted them to be in my home when I couldn't be there.”

“My husband was very ill from multiple fatal illnesses. He wanted his porch to be a sun room I bought 3 walls of Pella doors. My original contractor did a substandard job and I fired him. After interviewing many Pella trained contractors I believe Kevin is the MOST trustworthy. He gave me a fair price and he and his workers did MORE than what was promised. The workman really cared about fixing my job and turning the disaster in to a beautiful room. I would use them again and will tell my friends to use Blarney Stone for everthing. (06/09/2018”

My home is now complete with new windows, roof parapets sealed, outdoor stucco patched/painted and interior paint as well. In all the work Rich has done an outstanding job, he is very knowledgeable and experienced in many home projects. He is honest, reliable and takes extra care to keep areas clean during and after job is complete. Additionally, Rich paid attention to detail and took into consideration my specific requests. “In addition to major construction projects, Rick Stertz avails his skilled and professional crew for small home projects and remodels which now includes getting a project coordinator assigned. My most recent project involved 1) maintenance/repair of my patio cover roof 2) installation of a garden door 3) installation of a recirculating pump to the master bath. Morgan was exceptional at coordinating the crews and keeping me apprised of their schedules. Each of the crews led by Miguel were very experienced and masters of their trade. I appreciated the crew's attention to detail and professionalism. Rick and team are always honest and I know I can rely on them to do an exceptional job.”

“Cody came and repaired a portion of my brick patio that was ripped up previously by another contractor to run a new main water line. He reused as many of the previous bricks as he could, which I appreciated greatly. I am very happy with his work and punctuality. He is also very friendly and easy to talk to. I will certainly use him for other home projects.”

“Jeramy has just completed a beautiful 650 square foot owner’s suite addition to our Foothills area home and we are super happy with the finished product. The workmanship and quality is amazing! We feel very fortunate to have had Jeramy work on this project for us! Jeramy is super easy to work with and great at explaining and communicating about the details of the construction process. I feel like he always had our best interests in mind. Everything was done right with care and pride. Job well done!”
