“We are currently working with DDS on a significant exterior project that includes; roof, siding, masonry, and landscape design and we could not be happier with the services that are being provided! The attention to detail and professionalism is unparalleled. We have had several contractors provide us estimates and simply hand us a catalog to select materials with no guidance whatsoever. Edwin approached the project from an artistic point of view and was able to provide us with an image of what the house would look like upon completion which literally took all of the guess work out of the equation. Their team of contractors are very mild mannered and approachable and take the extra time each day to clean up and leave the work area spotless. We are beyond thrilled that we chose DDS for this project and look forward to our house being the envy of the block upon completion!”

“Seifert PMC is a terrific small company serving the East End of Long Island. I have worked with Sebastian and his crew on several occasions, fairly big jobs and not so big. Seifert was a sub-contractor on our gut renovation of a small beachside home and secondary artist studio. On several smaller followup projects at there same property I contracted Seifert directly. The Seifert team was always dependable and reasonably priced for their excellent work. I would strongly recommend their property mgmt and construction services to anyone. Sumner P”

“John started working with A Direct back in 2004! [woah! 10 years flew right by]. John is a fantastic carpenter, as well as a great person. From a customer's point of view, they always remark on how knowledgeable and patient he is. He truly takes pride in his work, and is very thorough from design to install on each job. We only recommend a handful of contractors to walk-in retail customers, and John/Colours Construction is definitely one of them.”

“John from Loridon was our last bid. From the moment he looked at our plans we knew he was the one for the job. We had total confidence! It was just like the Line- save the best for last! It was a total transformation . We made a contemporary home totally traditional. All his workers were great. We felt like it was white glove service. We also were tarped for 10 days with monsoon rains. But John handled it all perfectly. Him and his team are all extremely talented. Not only did they build us a beautiful home but their detail with azek is beautiful! We are just about to rip out our existing sidewalls on the inside staircase and add a railing and moldings and because it Loridon we have total confidence. We would have total confidence to recommend them for any size job - because it will be aggravation free! Also- John has Diana who is the go to person for all your needs. She is amazing and a real take charge person! We couldn't have been happier with the workmanship and all the workers! My husband was expecting this construction to be a nitemare and it was just the opposite! It was a grea experience Again ... we couldn't be happier! Again- we owe it all to John from Loridon planning and design!”

“I worked with Chuck Chumas to finish my basement in my house in Montauk, NY. I was not able to be at the house most of the time so I worked with him remotely. He made it so easy to work together remotely. We worked through the plans on site prior to construction beginning. Once construction began, he would keep me up to date on progress regularly. The project went very smoothly and was on budget. The basement turned out beautifully and really feels like it is as nice as the other levels of the home. All of the finishes were of the highest quality. I was extremely happy with how nice and spacious it turned out. I would recommend this company to anyone looking to build or renovate a home.”
