Her regular communications and response to questions or concerns is central to the success of our project, for our primary home is 6 hrs from our South Carolina Low Country home. When we called concerned that our countertop wasn't quite lined up with a wall in one place, her immediate response was, "Not a problem; of course, we'll take care of that." She has an eye for textures and colors, readily explains pro's and con's of materials, and knows her store's products. I'll try to add pictures once the backsplash is in place.”
