“The service starts with the custom drawings and prices provided by their Washington office. They provide a price and drawing for your review in less then 24 hours in most cases. Upon acceptance it is about 5 weeks to have the door shipped across country to me. The doors are well crated and arrive in good condition. The product itself is well made and we have had little, if any issues with their workmanship. I have purchased well over 100 doors from this company. The California office has also provided us with technical support on their track and hardware systems whenever we have needed advice. I would recommend Ranch House to any dealer or homeowner and have their doors on my own home.”

“When I called Prestige Overhead Doors, the double, wooden door on our 1928 garage had collapsed. Within 20 minutes of leaving a message, the owner, Navid Rad, returned my call. Although booked for the day with other appointments, Navid promised me that he would send his “best technician” to my house between 4 – 6 p.m. Navid’s technician, “Nelson,” not only arrived on time, but based solely on a photo of our damaged door, he brought the heavy duty hardware required to repair the door. By 5:15 pm, our old door was opening/closing perfectly. Yesterday, in the rain, Navid personally returned to change the old springs on the door, at no additional labor cost. When you call Navid, you can be certain that a consummate professional, who is an expert in his field, will help you. Navid has treated me with respect, with patience, and with honesty. It is clear to me that he is a perfectionist in the work that he performs for his clients. If you call Navid, you will be grateful to have found him.”

“The garage door has been giving us fits, refusing to close at times. I finally searched online and gave Archway a call. Within the same afternoon the garage door was fixed -- and he said it was too simple and quick a fix to charge for it! I am so thankful that I've sat right down to write a review. “A true professional from beginning to end! From my first phone call to Steve at Alight Overhead Door, I knew I had finally found the right person to help us realize our dream garage door while working within the limits of our budget. We purchased our first home in April 2013 however I had been clipping ideas for a realistic wood like rustic steel garage door for months. I contacted several independent garage installation companies, as well as a commercial big brand name company but did not receive any personalized suggestions as to how to achieve the look I wanted within a certain budget. Instead I was given very few options of mediocre (at best) wood like steel garage door options that literally made me cringe at how phony they looked. I had also driven by neighborhoods with a higher price tag than our home is in to scour ideas for garage doors. I left a note at one home that has a wood like garage door that shouted "class and personality!" to find out what type of door it was and who installed it with the slightest hope that it would actually be affordable. The homeowner graciously contacted me with Alight's information and upon speaking with Steve (company owner), I was reassured of my ideas and pleasantly surprised that our dream garage door was well within our budget! Steve arrived early for our first appointment, came fully prepared with brochures and hardware samples which he let us borrow (clavos, handles, etc), followed through with each subsequent phone call and most importantly, perfectly installed our door. It is rare to have all phases and aspects of a project go as smooth and successful as this one did with Steve at Alight Overhead Door. I would recommend them in an instant!”

“I was referred to your company by my Son-in-Law, Dannie. I was informed by Ben when he got here that your company doesn't work on Overhead Garage Door Openers, however, he thought he would be able to fix it since he wouldn't need any parts. He was very kind and courteous; however, the door opener has broken again. I guess I will have to go to the expense of having the Overhead Garage Door people come out and fix it after all.”
