“Our first woven window shades provided by the Jacoby Company were 17 years old when we decided to replace them. I contacted them and they immediately came out to inspect. The woven wood was not worn out, but the suspension strings had stretched and they were not hanging evenly. Gee, it was only 17 years. Within several weeks we had new shades...Cory helped me with color selection and Gary took down the old and installed the new. These two are the BEST. Totally dependable in all aspects. THANK YOU CORY AND GARY! Love our new shades.”
