We interviewed a few companies but Keystone blew us away with their creativity, presentation, and professionalism.......and to top it off, they had the best price! This family operated company was extremely reliable, hard working, and very dedicated to producing the perfect addition to our house. Additionally, they were very respectful and professional throughout the entire process. Now we have a beautiful, solid, quality porch and we couldn't be happier! “I hired Stump to build a second floor deck off my kitchen. It was a tricky design because I was limited by a bay window on one side, an outlet on the other side and a patio below. Stump gave me some very good design ideas for the space and that was one of the main reasons I chose them. I am very happy with the appearance and structure of the deck. My township inspector was complimentary of their workmanship as well. They also were the least expensive of the three quotes I received. I would definitely use them again if doing another project of this nature and give them a strong positive recommendation.”

“Had Maple Crest Construction replace our old deck with some new composite (fiberon) decking. Junior was great throughout the project, always responsive to my questions and progress of the job. “We purchased a pavilion kit and built it ourselves. It took a bit of work, but we couldn't have been happier with the customer service or the resulting structure. It has transformed our backyard. We have several parties planned for this spring and summer and they will all be in the backyard. We added wiring on the pavilion for lights, outlets, and a ceiling fan, to keep it pleasant no matter how hot it is. We also purchased a propane heater so we can be outside even late into fall or on cool spring and summer evenings. In the attached picture, my son threw a party for his school band in late November and they were able to enjoy being outside despite the cooler weather. I hope to add more pictures soon of all the events we have planned.”

“We had our deck flooring boards and railings replaced this past summer. The work was performed by a 3 man crew and they completed the job in 3-4 days. After completion we had an issue with a few boards which were replaced by Archadeck at no charge to us. Overall, we are very happy with the deck project and Archadeck.”

“I am in the process of selecting the perfect garden bay window for my upcoming kitchen remodel. At first, I was warned by several contractors of potential problems with leakage and how it's a major headache for both installer and homeowner. A couple of big window manufacturers didn't even want to take it on (my proposed window is 48x48, not the small one that most people may associate this window with). However I sourced a few companies that specializes in specialty windows and although I haven't made the final decision (pending some more information), this company in particular stands out for the following reasons: 1) my project gets individual attention from the same person instead of being tossed around to several folks where info can get lost or you have to repeat yourself. My emails get answered in a very timely and helpful manner. 2) they provide beautiful, detailed brochures including their pricing structure so you know exactly what feature cost will cost how much. They even include schematics of the window construction which was personally important to me. It appears that they do all wood windows which I have a concern with because of potential maintenance concerns so I'm awaiting on info if they offer other material options so that's why I haven't graded the company until I make a decision to go with them. Aside from that , my take on this company is excellent personal attention, very helpful and informative written and illustrated product brochures with artful samples of their windows and the overall sense of their attention to quality, detail and beauty.”

“Cliff Cooke took on the total outside renovation of our 100 year old stone house. He took off the slate roof and replaced it with a beautiful commercial grade standing seam roof. He built the gutters into the eaves of the roof so the water could not spill over the gutter. He replaced 96 windows each one a little different in size. He insulated heavily and hired a stone mason who exactly matched The color of our mortar. In the yard, he built a swale to divert the water from our basement. He put the gutter downspouts into an underground pipe and ran it under the driveway to the street. He totally rebuilt the driveway edging it with block. He built a beautiful portico over my back door without the benefits of plans. He heated the back steps, the front steps, a 4’ path to the garage and an area from the street to under the gates to the driveway. They come on automatically when it snows. So nice. He took down 2 telephone poles and put the power lines underground. Cliff can do anything. He had to devise a way to construct the gutters on the house. He’s also a perfectionist. If it’s not done correctly, it’s taken down and done again. He uses good quality materials. He owns a lot of his own equipment. His pricing is always fair. Most of the work he does himself. He is not a supervisor checking everyday on someone else’s work. Cliff has a good sense of design and aesthetic. I didn’t use a designer or an architect but we worked it out as we went along. By the end of the project, I could say “do what you think is best” and it was always just right. The renovations on my house were extensive and spanned 3 years. There were a lot of underlying problems that were exposed especially when the roof came off. Cliff and I spoke almost daily about the project. He’s easy to work with.”
