“GT masonry rebuilt the dangerously uneven and deteriorated flagstone front porch steps (two sets). They added another step, making each step wide with easy and even elevations. He also replaced deteriorated mortar on the front walk, and set post support brackets for a railing. His price was very reasonable for the work and expertise involved. He was always on time whenever we agreed to meet and discuss the job. It was a pleasure to work with him. I am happy I had a chance to meet this fine craftsman and pleasant man. “Joe and his team installed a natural retaining "wall" system in my back yard. I put quotes around the word wall because it is not a wall at all. Using tons and tons of large boulders, Joe built a natural rock landscape that is holding up a large hillside of trees and soil. The original wood retaining wall system spanned 10 feet from the bottom of my yard to the top of the wall and had begun to fail, necessitating a new wall. After months of dealing with landscapers who wanted to install industrial strength, and industrial ugly, walls at a significant cost, we decided to work with Joe. The result is remarkable both structurally and aesthetically. It is truly something you would advertise as part of the reason to buy the house. And the other contractors were flakes compared to Joe. Not only did the boulders work out great but Joe worked a waterfall feature in to the design as well as natural steps for access to the top of the yard. You really have to see pictures to do it justice.”

“I hired this company for tree trimming, moving a fence, building screening walls around equipment, building deck steps, building culvert walls, and general landscape clean up and mulching. The crew members were respectful, worked hard, listened if I had questions, and did an amazing job. One big mistake was made (wrong tree cut), but they were so great about it, I would not dare take anything off their rating for that. Great work. Great prices.”

“Mid-Atlantic Fence and Deck is an excellent company that provides outstanding customer service from start to finish. We had Mid-Atlantic to install our original cedar fence in 1996 and then had them back out to replace boards and extend the fence in 2012 at our Severna Park home. Bruce Beauchamp, the owner, came out personally to answer our questions with both installs.
In April, I needed a new fence installed in a new townhouse development located in Arnold. Bruce came out himself to measure and finalize the drawing for the H.O.A. When the H.O.A. required the fence sketch to be re-done on a new boundary survey, Bruce re-did the drawing with a smile and a great attitude.
Finally, our home in Severna Park just settled in July. A prospective buyer had bent the latch of the gate during a showing of our home. I emailed Bruce and he sent his son out the next day to install a brand-new latch the day before settlement.
