“Rooftopia has been exceptional to work with. We live in an apt. duplex with limited space available for them to work with but they were able to create a beautiful landscape. Although we were on a tight budget, they were able to offer us so many options. Everything was completely professional. The proposal was clear and included photo images so we could visualize the layout and end product. They were in constant communication during the entire process too. They are the best in Chicago and so grateful we found them!”

“Unequivocal recommendation for Joel. I started the project with someone else and after repeated delays and hassles I gave Joel a call and we got the project moving along quickly. The best thing about Joel is that he stays in close contact and is flexible and responsive to change. Trust and responsiveness were best in class. “I just had a fantastic time working with Warner's Decking on their outdoor living area services. Their skill in outdoor area design was clear from the outset. They carefully evaluated our thoughts and made helpful comments. The building phase was finished on time and with outstanding communication. Their exceptional knowledge and attention to detail showed through. The end effect was stunning: a lovely, usable patio space that matched our property nicely. Our expectations were exceeded by the degree of expertise, which resulted in a magnificent area for rest and amusement.
