“We first interviewed Joe for our backyard renovation project in the late winter early spring. We knew from day one he was a gentleman and took all our thoughts and desires into our plan. We had two meetings before he went back and started to draw a master landscape plan. His plan was fully detailed and he sat with us for quiet some time in order to explain each aspect of the project, including color photos of the plant materials and pavers. His team was prenominal, they showed up everyday and worked diligently to complete our backyard. They installed multiple patios, a natural landscape fence, lawn sprinklers, dog run and several walks and playground area. We had a significant time constraint and needed the project complete before a large family party, him and his team delivered!! We are very happy with our backyard and recommend him and his team.”

They are completely committed to ensuring the project stays on time (where weather permit), on budget, and that the client is happy. “When in Bloom has done full garden services for me including garden planting design, selection of plants and planting, the installation of an irrigation system, upgrade of koi pond in the backyard, installation of lights along the path in the back yard and annual design and planting of front yard planters. The company has done an excellent job of spring and fall clean-up in the backyard. “We hired Andriy and Star Touch NYC to replace our old, rotting deck with a new deck made of composite materials. He started the job on a Monday and was done by Saturday. He suggested lighting, which we really love, and built a corner bench seat with a table in the middle and wide arm rests for drinks. His crew showed up on time each day, cleaned up after themselves, and were polite. We are so happy to have our new deck and enjoy it this summer. We highly recommend Star Touch NYC.”
