“The job they performed was outstanding. They ran into many unanticipated issues but they solved them quickly. None of the walls are even but they were able to work around that problem successfully. We had TAB property enhancements do a complete redo of our kitchen and bathroom and we are thrilled with the results. Trace, the owner, had many great suggestions for the look we wanted. The workers were very knowledgeable and polite and cleaned up after themselves. I will definitely hire them again in the future.”

“We hired A New Image to landscape our yard that was already over 30 years old. We had a large bed of mulch and river rock in front that served no purpose and made the width of the yard look narrow. We wanted to convert it to grass. The mulch bed on the opposite side of the driveway needed work because three pine trees had been removed, but still had their root systems intact which were going to have to come out. We also had boulders that needed to be transferred to the back yard and river rock that needed to be moved to other parts of the yard. including creating a river bed for better drainage. Included was mulching and deep edging all beds front and back. We contacted three companies for estimates. The one company was almost double New Image's estimate and the second company never followed through with an estimate. New Image not only had the best price, they were very responsive, showed up on time, and adjusted the landscape plan when we made last minute changes. We appreciated that Neil, the owner of New Image, not only supervised the job, but ran the equipment and stayed until the job was done. Neil also kept us abreast of all details throughout the day. A New Image went above and beyond what we expected. For example, we had areas along our back yard that needed clean dirt fill and grass seed which was not in the contract. Neil's crew took it upon themselves fix those low areas for us. The entire crew was very professional, very courteous and finished the job on time. Neil brought a large crew that completed the work in a matter of hours and did a great job of cleaning up afterward. We also can't say enough about Deanna, Neil's wife and office manager. She continues to be very friendly and responsive to our calls and questions. We love the end result and plan to call them back for some additional landscaping in the future.”

The agreed upon price was the final price, no ups or extras. They started when they said they would and finished right on schedule. “We had Rob and his professional team of deck builders install our deck after some storm damage. His portfolio is great and they are very efficient. Our composite deck was erected in just a day and a half and they were able to handle all the permitting and inspections. We have been enjoying our new deck for almost a year now and absolutely love it. We had some specific styling requests that they were able to incorporate into the installation. My only criticism is that we never received the warranty information for the deck.”

I initially said that I wanted a boring deck but as we worked with the contractor he showed us that it was easy to upgrade the appearance of our deck without charging us an arm and a leg for it. We couldn't be happier with the appearance of it and we also have an extra added benefit of having a shed underneath the crows-nest, which is the third level of the deck. This deck is unique because we designed it with the contractor as we went along. We're very pleased!”
