They worked within the budget that we set forth and well within the time frame required. The workmanship is outstanding and we couldn't be happier. “We hired IDM Landscapes to redo our front entrance stairs. When Ian came out for the estimate, we were extremely impressed with his ideas ( for a semi-circular stair case & a winding interlocking path connecting it to the driveway) & photos showing us exactly what he was going to do. The project took 1 week to complete as predicted. The crew arrived on time every day & were always cheerful & polite despite the +30 C weather. The job was done to perfection & they cleaned up everything every night. We are extremely pleased with the job, thrilled with the improved curve appeal & would highly recommend IDM Landscapes to anyone.”

“We contracted Loris to build our new back deck 38 X 12 using a high quality composite board and black aluminum railing from Deck Mart in Woodbridge. We are happy we finally chose to go with composite, rather than wood or pressure treated• lots of decision making. Loris built 2 sets of stairs• we were happy to learn of the feature of adding a little extra width to each step making them extra safe and easy to travel. We loved his plan for laying the composite board. His careful planning made for very little waste. Every single board was cut with great precision. He always shared his great ideas and even came up with better ones. We were able to find him because of the great job he was doing at our neighbours• a beautiful curved retaining wall to their driveway. I know our neighbour researched many companies before making their decision to hire Conzan and we benefited from their research. Loris was great to work with and became a good friend during the project. Needless to say, we were impressed with Loris’ workmanship and personality. “I had had Ideal Landscaping do various armour type stone projects on my property. Andrew and his team are outstanding professionals . They arrive on time, do the job and will return if needed for any further consultation and/or minor touch-ups. They are dedicated to working with the client to ensure their vision of beauty and functionality is realized. This is THE team to hire if you live in the Barrie area. if you are even remotely considering landscaping work on your property you owe it to yourself to contact this crew. They have the right equipment and know how to get the job done! Just superb workmen who really know their business. I am proud to have had them work on my home. I am constantly asked "who did that amazing stone work on your property?" I could not be happier with the work they did on my property. I would give them more stars on this rating system if I could!”

“We recently contracted Drew and Waterfront Property Services to re landscape and tidy up our shoreline and driveway cottage property. This involved removal and scalping of the existing area, regrading, laying under pad where needed, reinforcing slopes from erosion, top dressing with mulch and wood chips and clean up. We were very satisfied with the final outcome. Drew's team performed to a very high standard. They remained open to suggestions and input from us. The team worked diligently and completed the job on time and budget. I highly recommend Waterfront Property Services for landscaping and various property management requirements. Chris Bielecki”
