“Pitch Concepts completed a full scope deck installation on the roof of our unit in the DePaul area (West Webster). The scope include a very large deck (approx. 70 feet by 18 feet) and included the design, supply and installation of the decking, pergola, dividing walls, natural gas piping, electrical work, lighting and artificial turf on a portion of the roof. Pitch Concepts also provide assistance and recommendations on furniture and gas grills. Pitch Concepts work on this project was exceptional. On time, on budget, high quality and incredible customer service. Great follow up as well. We are extremely happy with the end product and would highly recommend Pitch Concepts. “My husband and I hired Kyle to design and install a patio and fire pit with surrounding plants in our back yard. With an eye for detail and a unique creative ability, Kyle came up with a perfect design for us which complemented our house and deck. Kyle’s clear communication made the project flow seamlessly. We received an initial email detailing each step of the project. Each day he was on job site to monitor the progress and convey any additional information or changes as well as answer any of our questions. The crew was on time daily, worked tirelessly, answered our questions, and cleaned up the yard at the end of each day. The project was within our budget, completed on time and we absolutely love it.”

“We have had Exterra do two projects for our home. First was landscaping the front and side of the house. This involved stone work, plantings and a pergola. We were thrilled with beautiful design and the craftsmanship of installation. The plantings have thrived and after 10 years all the work remains intact. Two years ago, we came back to Pete to have a patio put on the back of the house. This was all brick work and Pete's design was great and worked perfect with what was existing. We had some settling on the patio and Exterra was out immediately to fix it and it is great. We love the work Pete has done with design and the guys doing the install were wonderful. We whole heartedly recommend Exterra designs.”

“We recently had AT Construction complete a major project at our home and we are incredibly pleased. Adam and his team replaced our 31 year-old cedar siding with concrete siding. They also replaced the gutters, soffits, trim, etc., and multiple windows. They were very hardworking, professional, friendly, and cleaned up the work area beautifully at the end of each day. Adam was in constant communication with us, and the project was completed in the anticipated timeframe. We love the new look of our home! We have received many compliments on our home, and the professional work of Adam and his team. I highly recommend AT Construction.”

“Our garden club hired General Masonry Inc.to replace a stone pillar that was leaning due to problems with the foundation. They took the pillar down, cleaned and re-used the stones, created a new foundation and rebuilt the pillar. It looks great. I was especially impressed with the company and how they worked with the village of Wilmette. Often, obtaining permits and follow up electrical work, which was the village's responsibility, takes time. General Masonry Inc. was on top of the communication among all the involved parties and our pillar had electricity within a few days of its completion. I highly recommend them for your next masonry project.”

“We have been extremely pleased without our outdoor space. We knew we wanted an outdoor kitchen with a gas fire pit, but didn't know how we wanted the layout. Dino was very creative and came up with a beautiful design. He was very conscientious and presented designs that met our budget. I would highly recommend dm outdoor living spaces. His landscaper, Angelique, is incredibly talented and knowledgeable as well. Not only do we have a beautiful outdoor space, but we also have a gorgeous landscaped yard to view when we're entertaining outdoors.”
