“We purchased a new Pulte home and wanted a larger built Lanai that Pulte offered. We met owner Greg Demetri owner of Charleston Creative Construction and Creative Outdoor Solutions. I was impressed by the quality of the construction and the amazing craftsmanship. The finishing touches was a 5 Star result. Greg was thorough, courteous, professional and patient. They are the best of the best!”

“Dario is a true pro and a pleasure to work with. As a “do it yourselfer” I have employed him more than once for jobs beyond my skill set including: converting carpeted stairs to hardwood, creating an under stair closet and most recently the repair of an exterior French door and kitchen remodel. “We recently moved to Summerville, SC and wanted to expand our outdoor space. We had a concrete patio installed and wanted to finish it with a pergola. We did a lot of research and found Holy City Pergolas. After reading their reviews and seeing the work they had done we decided to have them give us a quote. We did receive quotes from 2 other builders and determined the price from John at Holy City Pergolas was the most reasonable and fair. John was very professional and spent time going over what we wanted and when we could expect the project to start. He explained every detail of the project, so we had a good understanding of what to expect. John’s crew was very professional and did a great job building exactly what we were expecting. They cleaned up each day and left our yard exactly the way it was before the project started. John went above and beyond to make sure we were completely satisfied with our new pergola. My wife and I are very happy with our new pergola and highly recommend Holy City Pergolas.”

“When a hurricane took the deck and boardwalk to access the beach from our beach house, leaving a precipitous drop to the beach, we called Carson immediately. He responded immediately due to the dangerous situation as we expected renters in the near future. Carson had done work for us in the past and we trust him. Hiring a talented, experienced, honest and trustworthy professional like Carson is important to us as we live in the Upstate of SC and cannot monitor the projects at our house. He has done numerous projects for us over the years and we are always thrilled with the outcome. His craftsmanship is impeccable. Our deck and boardwalk are sturdy, safe and gorgeous!”
