He gets super busy but defiantly worth waiting for - you will not be disappointed. I get compliments all the time on my plantings, walkways and patio! “Archadeck of Suburban Boston is a superior design-build construction company. They designed and built an upper deck 10'x25' with a 15' bridge from the deck to the upper yard behind our house. Their design met with all local building codes, complimented exquisitely well the existing structure, architecture, and colors of this 100+ year old house. The composite materials they selected met our requirements for sustainability, low maintenance, long life, warranty, beauty, function, cost. The finished construction compliments the character of our house and blends with our rocky cliff terrain while adding to the value of our outdoor living space and the value of our home. The team, architect, project manager, and carpenter, are experienced true craftsmen who care about their client and what they produce. They ensure that all services needed for them to complete excellent work in a timely way are in place. I will hire them again for our next project.”

“Removal of a large pine tree and stump gave us the opportunity to expand and reconfigure the front entrance deck and steps into our house. My son and I are competent with the carpentry but did not have the time, skills or prowess to dig footings or pour pads. In addition, there were other possible timing issues so I was looking for someone who might be willing to do some aspects of the project but not necessarily all. Matt and Connor of Creative Spaces were recommended to me by a neighbor. I called and Matt came over the next day. We discussed the project and Matt came back the following day with a quote for (1) piers and pad, (2) ledger board, (3) deck structure (without decking), and (4) the complete project. Not all companies are willing to take on only part of a project – it’s all or nothing. Based on costs and other factors, we elected to go with (1) and (2) from Creative Spaces and do the rest on our own. As a small (two-day) project, they were able to schedule it quickly and showed up as agreed. The work went smoothly. The workmanship was excellent and professional. Matt and Connor were a pleasure to have around and even provided helpful advice on aspects of the project they weren’t doing. I have no reservation recommending Matt and Connor of Creative Spaces!”

“Nancy Lattanzio is a very talented landscape designer who is also a pleasure to work with. Nancy has worked diligently with us for over 5 years and has transformed our uninspired yard into a beautiful, functional outdoor space. She has also worked to turn an untamed, invasive-choked wooded area/wetland into what we now refer to as our "woodland" filled with native trees, shrubs, ferns and perennials and mulched pathways. Nancy's knowledge of horticulture is vast and she is an ace at selecting the best plants suited to our environment while being sensitive to our personal preferences. Her communication skills are excellent, she has a large network of sub-contractors, and has experience working effectively with town government. I look forward to working with Nancy on more home landscape projects!”

“Nilton and the crew were great. I had switched over a new guy this summer to help to start his business. Nilton was a pure pro when I told. As time went on the new service struggled finding workers and services I needed in May couldn't be done until August. Curbs to the rescue. I sent Nilton a text on Saturday , he respond with a visit on Monday and a quote on Tuesday. Started work the following Monday and by the end of the week --- I had trimmings removed (a lot) , areas cleared and prep for bed mulching and edging to spread 20 cubic feet of mulch - that's correct 2 truckloads. Couldn't be happier.”
