“Majestic Builders/Robert Terry did a complete and total Remodel of my backyard including, New Pool, New Plumbing, High Tech Lighting and custom Water Feature, New Deck and Fire Pit, New Electrical, Beautiful Modern Patio Structure, Landscaping.. the works. We couldn't be happier with our new backyard. All of our guests tell us that it feels like they are in a resort. Robert and his company were professional, prompt, communicative and most importantly on time and on budget. We will continue to use this contractor as long as there are jobs to get done. I highly recommend them”

“They were very thorough in their work and Richard was thorough in his explanation. They did everything that they said they would do in a timely fashion. Sometimes the office managers response time was a little slow but were very nice and in the end the deck looked fabulous. They also made sure all the surrounding stuff did not get sprayed or damaged. I definitely will hire them again!”

“Derek and his team did a great job for us in installing the artificial turf in the backyard of our new home. The base rock was set, compacted and properly leveled to fall into the 5 existing area drains. In addition, the 3/4” drain rocks were set nicely adjacent to the artificial turf per the architect’s drawings. The team worked continuously for 4 days straight until the job was completed. Well done!”

“Todd and his team provided irrigation, lighting and planting services for a very dramatic modern landscape for a home in Sacramento that our office designed. His team was professional and did the job right the first time! We've designed a lot of projects over the past 25 years and worked with many landscape contractors and Cleancut is a step above most. He's reliable, personal and "can-do." As landscape architects we value contractors that faithfully execute our plans and that don't lobby our client to change our vision. Todd's a class act.”

His attention to detail was outstanding and he was on time and on budget. In the design phase he provided us with multiple options and then gave us time and ;license to incorporate our own style into the final. The water feature he designed is beautiful! He went beyond expectations to work with us in all aspects of the work including the mid project changes. We would not hesitate to hire him for future projects”

“Ben and Matt come with my highest recommendation. When I moved in to our new/old house a year ago the back yard was a bit of a mess. There was no pool and so we hired another contractor put one in, but of course (!) left the landscaping portion as a second thought. Anyone who has put in a pool knows that the part that makes it really feel nice is how well integrated into the yard the new hole in the ground is. Since I'd already chosen the design of the pool and the connected patio, Ben and Matt had to figure out how to bring it all together. The work they did in my backyard transformed it from a bland and boring area to a truly beautiful place that the whole family enjoys. Maybe the best part is how well they listened to what I wanted and not only did that but made suggestions and improved upon my ideas. From the large jobs like completely replacing my house drainage, to the fine details like bringing me samples of multiple kinds of landscaping rock they were always easy to work with. Best of all, I know they had my enjoyment and satisfaction in mind the whole way. One final thought, they did the job until it was finished. Nothing gives more satisfaction than getting a turn-key solution when you want it, and they delivered. Now, on to the front yard--I know who I'm calling! Doug L.”

“Lavish Gardens provided a complete landscape design for front and back yards. The design was excellent. It suited our lifestyle perfectly and provided some features that pushed the envelope. We were able to pick the elements that worked for us. We did most of the actual landscaping ourselves. It was incredible to have a complete vision when we started the installation. It is so much better this way instead of installing things in dribs and drabs. I thoroughly enjoyed the whole process.”
