“My 50 year old poolside wood deck was transformed into a gorgeous Trex deck with cable railing by Arie and his excellent team of builders. Their professionalism, work ethic, knowledge and kindness was a sight to be seen. I was amazed that the demolition, newly built substructure, Trex installation and new cable railing was completed much faster than expected. The project prior to start was clearly explained and this excellent communication continued every morning and at the end of the day. Every work day ended with an impeccable cleanup and tools and equipment were neatly covered with tarps. Most of all I appreciate their integrity. I look forward to their return next year to redo my ailing wood fence which gets battered by the heavy winds! Diana”

“Ken is an outstanding and creative landscape architect. He brings a professional crew that he has worked with for as long as I have know Ken (probably 15 years). Ken has done several large jobs, including an outdoor kitchen, a terrace deck with wooden walkways up to it, and most recently a pizza oven and accompanying structure. “Ilan and all Moda’s team are the top Notch !! We are so Happy with our backyard . After reviewing many other contractors we decided to go with Ilan and we are so happy we made this decision, other than a great contractor Ilan and he’s team are great people.We did pavers , turf , in ground trampoline and remodelled our pool .
