“I have used Terry Brown for almost 30 Years. He has done completely new landscaping, put in flagstone, sprinkler systems, and a 2 story deck. He has replaced our fence and gates. He does our weekly yard maintenance and whatever else needs to be fixed or pruned. He has been the best gardener we have ever had. Even my neighbors that do their own yards borrow him from time to time for advice or to fix something. I would highly recommend him to all. The project listed below if for our deck.”

“Shortly after purchasing our home in Belvedere, we decided to tackle a large rear garden that was overgrown with Ivy and years of neglect. Our designer, Hilde Simon, introduced us to Barry Cohen of Moliver Landscape. And Barry did it all: complete rework of the drainage system to protect the house from the pooling water, construction of new planters with Cor-ten Steel sides and stone caps, installation of a gas fire pit, removal of the ivy, new sprinkler system, installation of Rockpave areas, repair of walls, fences and steps and planting of over 200 new diverse plants (all of which prospered). It was the full package of services that came together to create a garden that is the highlight of our home. Barry is a complete straight-shooter. His workers are polite and efficient. It was a completely successful experience and worth every dollar”
