“It has been several weeks since my project was completed so I feel qualified to attest to the quality of their work. I had my deck redone with PVC. My project had some hiccups due to a bad worker. The only reason I am giving them 5 stars is because of the project manager, Ryan Quinn. I was quite impressed with his communication and the speed with which he took action when needed. The deck is holding up well and it feels solid. Wouldn't hesitate to hire them again.”

“Three projects in one, James and his tream transformed our home’s exterior from 1960 to now (and into the future). Restored circular driveway, retaining wall with a planter section and an amazing patio with outdoor fireplace; James and team were three for three in respect to thrilling us. Fabulous outcome aside, the process was very professional. From concept to fruition, James was timely, responsive, and communicative. There was a challenge or two along the way, (neither of which of James or our making), but through the resolution of both James was solution-oriented and fair. We wholeheartedly recommend this company. Thank you James!”

“A couple of years ago I purchased material for a TimberTech deck and installed the deck myself. A year after installation the deck started turning white. I happened to run across a TimberTech rep while at Home Depot and asked about my deck turning white. I was informed that one batch of decking in all of the product’s history had faded due to a supplier error in their chemical compound. I held off getting in contact with TimberTech fearing that I would get the run-around and that I would get replacement materials but no labor since I had installed the deck myself. I finally contacted TimberTech and within a month my new deck was completely replaced. Doug Woodside of Deck and Patio Covers was one of TimberTech’s recommended installers. He arrived at my house to give a bid at the time he said he would. He arrived to do the job at exactly the time he said he would with two additional installers. Because they had to go through the house to install the deck, he brought floor coverings to protect my carpet and floors. All of the installers were polite and professional. They worked through lunch so that they could complete the deck in one day. I cannot say good enough things about Doug and his crew or TimberTech. I have never had a warranty claim go as smoothly as this. I highly recommend both Doug’s company and TimberTech.”

“Thad and his team did our 2nd story deck and we are very pleased with their work. We used Azek for the decking which we were concerned about initially and Thadd worked with us to find the right colour for us and our home. We requested some changes to the plan as the project moved along and Thadd was able to accommodate these requests. We love our new deck - especially the lights that we added - and happily recommend Thadd and his team.”

Their courtesy, expertise and availabilty during the planning and execution phases of this project are far beyond what we see with the average contractor. As for as workmanship, I defy anyone to find a better, more beautiful deck anywhere in the country. Ours will be standing long after the condos are gone! You cannot go wrong with Northwest Decks. “I met Steve Habib through a mutual friend. I needed extensive replacement of my deck at my Bellevue home. Initially I was skeptical about whether or not I was making a smart investment, however when the project was finished on time and budget, I was surprised to find myself falling in love with my backyard again. My husband and I canceled our out of state vacations this year and decided to enjoy our outdoor deck oasis with bbq-ing our friends and family. Not only are we satisfied customers but we would highly recommend to anyone creating your own private piece of heaven in your own home. It also increased the value of our home and we couldn’t not be more delighted.”

“Dimitri and his Olympic Decks team is amazing . If you are looking for deck then look no further. They are very professional and the process throughout from design to delivery was a very pleasant experience. Permits were no problem as well. We also had custom pergola requirement because of odd shape and had to go back and forth several times on material and design but Dimitri and his crew took care of it very gracefully.I would highly recommend Olympic Decks for all your decking needs .”

“I hired them to replace an old deck at my house in Seattle. Everyone I worked with - sales, project managers, crew, and the office - was very professional and helpful. Their prices are competitive. The work got done exactly when promised. The deck is beautiful. They did a great job cleaning up the job site. I definitely recommend them.”
