“Removal of a large pine tree and stump gave us the opportunity to expand and reconfigure the front entrance deck and steps into our house. My son and I are competent with the carpentry but did not have the time, skills or prowess to dig footings or pour pads. In addition, there were other possible timing issues so I was looking for someone who might be willing to do some aspects of the project but not necessarily all. Matt and Connor of Creative Spaces were recommended to me by a neighbor. I called and Matt came over the next day. We discussed the project and Matt came back the following day with a quote for (1) piers and pad, (2) ledger board, (3) deck structure (without decking), and (4) the complete project. Not all companies are willing to take on only part of a project – it’s all or nothing. Based on costs and other factors, we elected to go with (1) and (2) from Creative Spaces and do the rest on our own. As a small (two-day) project, they were able to schedule it quickly and showed up as agreed. The work went smoothly. The workmanship was excellent and professional. Matt and Connor were a pleasure to have around and even provided helpful advice on aspects of the project they weren’t doing. I have no reservation recommending Matt and Connor of Creative Spaces!”

They were able to incorporate the existing ledge into the beautiful stone walls and even worked a fire pit into the design. “We used Ebenezer Landscaping to completely transform our yard, patio and walkway after our home underwent a major renovation. During the renovation, the septic was moved, a pool was removed, a driveway was removed and months of dumpsters and trucks took their toll on the yard. We first worked with Leo to add a walkway from our driveway to our front entryway during the Fall of 2018. He did a great job and the grass that grew around the walkway was an amazing improvement over the rest of our yard where our contractor had laid grass seed. In the spring of 2019, we got multiple quotes from companies to re-do our Patio, add new soil, seed, edge and mulch beds- Ebenezer Landscaping came in with the best price and we were thrilled to work with Leo and his team again. Leo also did a cleanup of all of last season's leaves and trimming a few trees that were getting too close to our house. Leo was able to schedule the work quickly and the entire job was complete within a week. The team started with removing our old patio and adding a new patio. The team was great and worked hard to level and compact the gravel and sand under the pavers. After the patio was complete, the team started working on the yard clean-up, soil, seed and mulch beds. As the project was nearing completion, Leo realized that the forecast was looking bleak for the next week or so, and he had his entire crew come to our house to get the soil and seed down before the rain. They worked until dark and the rain helped the seeds grow in quickly. Leo used two different types of seeds to make sure that the grass would work in the sun and shade. Overall, we had a great experience working with Leo and his team. We think they did an excellent job with quality materials at a great price. We highly recommend the team for your landscaping.”
