“We hired R&R to build a 1,900 sqft deck, outdoor kitchen and seating area. The team was outstanding! I can't say enough great things about these guys. They were clear about what they were going to do, when they were going to do it, and then in the end, it all happened as they said it would.
The entire team was fantastic to work with. They came with great ideas and delivered for us every step of the way.
If you are looking to remodel your backyard, look no further - this is your team. Choose anyone else at your own risk. Ron and the team are by far the best contractors I've ever worked with. Plus they are great guys on top of it, which makes the process move so much more smoothly.
We never had to chase anyone down or wonder when anything was going to happen. They were great communicators throughout the entire project and we absolutely love our new backyard.

“I absolutely loved working with Premier Landscape!!! From the first meeting with Lilly - Senior Project Manager Specialist to finalizing the project with Carlos and the crew it all went smoothly. From the HOA process to numerous follow ups my project manager stayed on top of the process. Once I had approval they broke ground with precise attention to detail. I had an all season type of project with some rainy days but the attention to cleanliness did not go unnoticed.
They were competitive with pricing and it includes design, permits, labor and insurance. From the start of a new construction home with a blank start a sloped side yard that consisted of a retaining wall paver patio, concrete walkways, fruit trees, many plants and a trip to local nurseries with Lily and lighting to give it the finishing touch we now get to enjoy our beautiful yard with mature fruit trees hand picked for our yard.
They are locally owned take pride in their community. All in all they are highly recommended.”

“I can't say enough good things about Will Framing. Will, the owner, has been building decks for 17 years and recently started his own company. I was lucky enough to be one of his first clients. I spoke to 5 contractors for my project. I liked Will right away, and his quote was very competitive. He explained my options very clearly and gave me a few excellent recommendations as well.
Will has a really great crew. He brought them breakfast each morning and they really seem to enjoy working together. Demo was done very carefully and meticulously and the deck structure was built very precisely. There was so much measuring, re-measuring, adjusting, and re-measuring to make sure everything was perfect and square.
We chose to use Trex for the deck boards and facade, and the way Will laid out the boards is absolutely beautiful. The corners (there were many as I had some odd angles and 3 sets of stairs) were elegantly done.
During the build, I had LOTS of technical questions (that's my engineer personality), and Will patiently answered everything and it became clear how thoroughly he thinks about these things.
I'd highly recommend Will Framing for any deck project you may have.”

“Nato Vargas and his team did extensive drainage work for us in 2014. This involved taking down the soil level 4 inches in the back garden, digging and installing several french drains and a sump pump. Since then we've had no water accumulation during subsequent rainy seasons, protecting our foundation. The drainage works perfectly!
Nato and team have come back twice, in 2017 and 2020, to repair and stain our back garden fence, resurface the gold fine decomposed granite paths, install a new mail box, replace a garden gate and build a wood shelter for our recology bins. Nato and his team do beautiful work!”

“For the last few months, my wife and I were considering updating our yard. The idea originally was to freshen up the space with some plants and possibly do some hard-scape as well. We spoke to a couple of landscape contractors but truthfully weren't convinced. Sometime went by and a neighbor suggested to contact A&E Landscapes. This neighbor had had work done by them in the past and was very pleased with the workmanship and final product. I contacted them and spoke to a lady by the name of Ana. She was very pleasant and had a number of questions. We ended the call by agreeing to meet so she can have a better understanding of my wife and I ideas of the project. A day or so went by and we met. I was very surprise how Ana made me feel at ease. She was very detailed on her explanation and very resourceful with blue prints, pictures of current and past projects.
Fast forward to now and I am happy to say that the vision my wife and I had for our backyard was met above and beyond!
I couldn't say enough about this company. Well done, really.”
