“I can't say enough good things about Lakevue Renovations. We originally wanted to replace a few boards on our deck of our home that overlooks Lake Washington but when it became obvious that this was much more complicated due to several rather serious structural problems, we contacted a number of construction companies to assist and after detailed discussions with several firms, we chose Lakevue Renovations. We do NOT regret that decision. The deck is large and is an important part of the home. Jeff and team worked with us every step of the way as we designed the deck, and once construction started they kept us totally up to speed as we uncovered several other structural problems with the home that had to be addressed. Each step of the way, Jeff and team took us through the issues, suggested options to address them before deciding on what exactly we would do to address them. It was a great working relationship and we felt 100% confident that the additional work we did was absolutely essential to the structural integrity of the house and deck. The final result is awesome and the deck is wonderfully handsome and adds greatly to the value of the home. We were so delighted that we are now working with Lakevue Renovations/Jeff and team on a kitchen remodel.”

“Justino and his team did a full remodel of our yard. Justino was a huge help in finalizing the design. He also came up with a number of creative solutions to some of the issues with our property. We had a few challenges that we had to work through. The project was larger than Justino anticipated and it took longer than we thought. We also ended up more over budget than we thought. Overall we are really happy with the way everything turned out. Justino was a great partner and always worked to make us happy. I highly recommend his services.”

As soon as I saw the work he had done, I knew that I wanted him to design a garden for the front of my house in Seattle in the Greenwood neighborhood. Not only do I now have a beautiful garden, but Reese has gone above and beyond the call of duty, so to speak, to be sure that all the plants are healthy AND he has devoted extra hours to explain the watering system to me and be sure that I understand everything. His work is thorough, expert and he is 100% reliable. What more can you ask? Well, he's also an incredibly nice and considerate person!”

“Three projects in one, James and his tream transformed our home’s exterior from 1960 to now (and into the future). Restored circular driveway, retaining wall with a planter section and an amazing patio with outdoor fireplace; James and team were three for three in respect to thrilling us. Fabulous outcome aside, the process was very professional. From concept to fruition, James was timely, responsive, and communicative. There was a challenge or two along the way, (neither of which of James or our making), but through the resolution of both James was solution-oriented and fair. “We hired Bret and his crew to totally redo our front yard. The results are wonderful and we love what they did. I wanted less maintenance, new walkway and wall, and to use some of the existing plants. They did all of that and more. Bret made lots of plant suggestions and listened carefully to my likes and dislikes. I would recommend them to anyone considering an extensive yard makeover.”
