He worked for 2 weeks completeing each task himself with great skill and precision, he offered advice along the way as to how best utilise the space and maintain the decking. “Totally Outdoors provided an exceptional service from start to finish on our project. From the initial consultation to the final product they were very professional and easy to deal with. This was a complex project with three separate structures but nothing seemed too much trouble or effort for the Totally Outdoors team. Lee and Mark provided some wonderful advice on the initial design and ensured we were absolutely happy with every aspect of the proposal. Their pricing was super competitive and the quality and finish of their products are exceptional. Any alterations required were absorbed within the original quote. Rick and the construction guys were very honest and reliable and always kept the area clean and tidy. The finished product has brought a concept to reality and I couldn't be happier. I would absolutely recommend Totally Outdoors to anyone who wants to make some better use of an outdoor space.”

“We contacted Jeff to get a quote and he responded quickly and professionally - unlike many others we also tried. We weren't 100% sure on what we wanted in a new front garden so Jeff designed a look and came back to us - with a few iterations and some chopping to the initial budget we agreed on a design and the process started. Jeff was very conscientious and clean throughout the work process. He was upfront and direct about any changes and the final result was excellent. I was very impressed by Jeff's attitude and approach to my wife and I, particularly considering we changed our mind a few times on the way through the project. He wasn't cheap and he certainly wasn't over the top - I feel like we got an honest job and a great look, the street appeal is sensational. Well done Jeff, no hesitation in recommending you again... The guys turned up when they said they would every day and worked so hard to get the deck finished on time for our engagement party. Not only did they build a beautiful deck, but they had some great ideas for what type of fencing would work, and even recommended plants for the planter boxes they built for us. The end result is GORGOUS! We love it. We have had so many compliments on our new deck, and have in turn recommended Melbourne Decking on to other friends.”

“I had Leisure Decking come out for a quote before Christmas and felt pretty comfortable with the price and the possible ad ons. Stephen spent about 1.5 hrs with us going through the options and was able to show us some previous work done and give us some insights on the design we had in mind. What really impressed us was his ability to quote a few variations later that night and left us with the options. Our plan to get it done before the New Year was put on hold as we got a few people to get feedback other quotes from. It wasn't the cheapest quote we had, not by much, but he really listened to us and seemed to want to give us the best deck possible. So happy we we went with him and finished product is well above our expectations. It really feels like we have extended the house and have a new room! I have passed on his details to some friends and I know at least one of them has a deck organised. Nice to go with a small company who focus on quality and they were not even messy, which was I was worried about! Highly recommend, very happy. Chantal”
