“Susie designed our new kitchen and snug room and project managed the building works. We were delighted with the initial design which reconfigured the rooms in a way that we would never have considered. We have not used an interior designer before but found it allowed us to continue our full-time jobs while Susie dealt with the issues arising on site. Susie was professional and helpful at each stage of the project. We are absolutely thrilled with the final result, a very cosy and comfortable living and dining space that suits all our family needs. We would thoroughly recommend her for your next project.”

“I utilised Caroline’s two hour consultation service (£95) as I desperately needed some advice and ideas for my neglected 1930s hallway. As I don’t live locally, I gave Caroline some ideas and photos via text message about what I liked and didn’t like, my preferred colour palate, and what my priorities were. After some questions from Caroline and some very useful exercises looking at existing spaces and colours, and how we used the hall, she offered some simple solutions which were easily implemented. Simple things like changing the positioning of the existing lighting made a dramatic difference. Caroline then compiled a mood board for me on Pinterest with ideas for paint colours, storage solutions and suggestions for light fittings. She also made recommendations on how I could achieve a modern and coordinated hall that tied in with the existing 1930s features, yet wasn’t overly ‘matchy’. This was complemented with detailed information about sourcing items and recommending paint finishes. Caroline very cleverly sketched her ideas onto my original photo to give me an idea of what my hall could look like. This was really invaluable in helping me ‘see’ my new hall before I started work. I felt that Caroline very quickly ‘got’ what I was after. She was really friendly & approachable, responsive and offered really helpful, practical and straightforward suggestions. She didn’t impose her own tastes and encouraged me to develop my own. Initially I felt that I didn’t really know what I wanted but after conversations with Caroline, I began to gain confidence. I cannot recommend Caroline’s service highly enough. She was great fun to work with and the entire process was really enjoyable.”

“Having never used an interior designer I didn’t know what to expect but I am delighted I invited Daisy to give me some ideas. Daisy combined everyone’s wishes and must haves for the two rooms with her vision and expertise and created a comfortable bedroom and a functional office. Daisy was easy to communicate with and gave alternative ideas to choose from. Everything was easy to visualise as she created computer generated 3D designs. Most importantly Daisy works within a budget but doesn’t skimp on design.”

“I recently moved to a brand new apartment from a traditional Victorian terraced house after 30 years and so I wanted something totally new and different to what I had lived with previously. My taste is not very modern at all and so I was wanting someone who could help me create a really stylish space that would still suit my tastes (quite eclectic I must add!) In addition it is a really small and compact flat and so I needed some clever thinking on how and what to use, where. I decided to try My Bespoke Room as there service felt very affordable (only £75 per room) and they agreed to come and do an on site visit for a very small additional charge. Using them meant that I could still be in control of what was ordered and my budget, as they just gave me all the tools which saved me loads of time. I was so excited to see it transform that I kept updating them and I really felt they were as excited as I was and really into the project too which was really nice! I got on really well with both of them straight away and was really impressed with what they came up with. It is such a slick an easy service and their virtual moodboard is really cool. It covered everything from paint colours, wallpaper to furniture and finishing touches, including coat hooks and an umbrella stand! This was money well spent and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for some help in designing and furnishing their homes. Well done girls!!!”

“WOW, Catherine is amazing! I now totally love my stunning open living space and the whole family now wants to spend time together. I always thought I had a good eye for décor and design so was tempted to tackle myself but wanted some fresh ideas. Catherine gave me options, ideas and really challenged my thinking about what I wanted to create. I never thought I would live in a home like this, and it has brought the entire family together to relax and enjoy in pure luxury! Even my older children want to chill out with us now! It’s not just the materials, textures and colours she helped with, Catherine helped create more space, lighting with features and accessories that I’d never have found. Catherine is so positive and creative - she made sure everything was perfect. I can’t thank Catherine enough – she is friendly and bubbly and a true professional, friendly, always taking time to listen and then comes up with the most amazing suggestions. “Last year I had some time in-between 2 jobs and decided to build something that I always dreamed of - a garden studio. This was quite a challenge but I really enjoyed it. Where I needed help the most was in decorating the finish product. I'm good with a drill, but when it comes to choosing colours, I'm at lost. And Jo came to the rescue! The brief was simple. I wanted a modern urban man cave with plywood and all that cool Shoreditch style. Jo first selected the main colour which is a deep blue, and some amazing William Morris wallpaper. I was a bit sceptical about the latter but the end result is fabulous. She organised some shelvings and storage with oiled OSB doors, suggested leaving the raw plywood flooring and helped me selecting a nice Scandinavian desk. The end result is exactly ... me! Thanks a million Jo for this outstanding help!”

“We were a little wary about signing up an interior designer for our extension project because most of the other professionals we used seemed to over-charge and tended to cease involvement as soon as they were paid. But Randa was different and undoubtedly the best value of any of the the professionals we used. To begin with she solved a problem with the interior walls that immediately saved us hundreds of pounds and overall she took the extra time and effort to see the project and her ideas through to completion. She was generous with her time, included a design for our kitchen even though that was not part of her remit and answered our questions promptly when we needed her advice. She also kept an eye open to make sure the builders weren't taking short-cuts and generally seemed to care. Some of her choices were good money-savers, sometimes her suggestions were too expensive for us but she was happy to recommend something different if it was not within budget.”
