“Sacha helped us with a big design/renovation project this year, when we extended our house. We met her when we bought a lovely Stag chandelier, and she then helped us on a bigger design project. She worked closely with us to come up with brilliant ideas that took the sort of things we liked and translated them into a unique design that was just to our taste - but we could never have actually made happen ourselves! She also took the stress out of what should have been a nightmare project, as my husband and I both work and we have small children. Would recommend highly for Interior projects, or Chandeliers.”

“I utilised Caroline’s two hour consultation service (£95) as I desperately needed some advice and ideas for my neglected 1930s hallway. As I don’t live locally, I gave Caroline some ideas and photos via text message about what I liked and didn’t like, my preferred colour palate, and what my priorities were. After some questions from Caroline and some very useful exercises looking at existing spaces and colours, and how we used the hall, she offered some simple solutions which were easily implemented. Simple things like changing the positioning of the existing lighting made a dramatic difference. Caroline then compiled a mood board for me on Pinterest with ideas for paint colours, storage solutions and suggestions for light fittings. She also made recommendations on how I could achieve a modern and coordinated hall that tied in with the existing 1930s features, yet wasn’t overly ‘matchy’. This was complemented with detailed information about sourcing items and recommending paint finishes. Caroline very cleverly sketched her ideas onto my original photo to give me an idea of what my hall could look like. This was really invaluable in helping me ‘see’ my new hall before I started work. I felt that Caroline very quickly ‘got’ what I was after. She was really friendly & approachable, responsive and offered really helpful, practical and straightforward suggestions. She didn’t impose her own tastes and encouraged me to develop my own. Initially I felt that I didn’t really know what I wanted but after conversations with Caroline, I began to gain confidence. I cannot recommend Caroline’s service highly enough. She was great fun to work with and the entire process was really enjoyable.”

“Having never used an interior designer I didn’t know what to expect but I am delighted I invited Daisy to give me some ideas. Daisy combined everyone’s wishes and must haves for the two rooms with her vision and expertise and created a comfortable bedroom and a functional office. Daisy was easy to communicate with and gave alternative ideas to choose from. Everything was easy to visualise as she created computer generated 3D designs. Most importantly Daisy works within a budget but doesn’t skimp on design.”

“Emilie was brilliant. She did a complete renovation of my Victorian terrace, upstairs and down, including kitchen extension and reviving some original features that had been stripped away. She took my (attempts at explaining) my style and turned it into an actual vision. She gave me solutions to using the space which I had been defeated by and saved me a lot of money on bad furniture decisions. The contractors Emilie brought in were great too. A friendly, hard working team I came to know and like well. Before she got to work, I basically regretted buying my house. The house had so many issues and we didn't have a lot of room in the budget, but she delivered a home I never want to leave. She is very friendly and professional, never lets you feel like you're alone. Highly recommend.”

“I was very impressed with Annette Henry at Gage property interiors who demonstrated professionalism and commitment throughout this property development project. She helped me to source the opportunity on Marylands road, Maida Vale and undertake a full reconfiguration and refurbishment of this three-bedroom lower ground floor flat. Annie has a fantastic creative eye for interior design; styling the flat by utilising and enhancing the flow of light throughout the property, which I thought was amazing, given the complexity of the project. Also my involvement was kept to minimum as she project managed the whole scheme from start to finish; regularly keeping me up-to-date with progress and dealing with all the snagging issues which i fully appreciated. I will certainly be using Annie and Gage Interiors for my next scheme.”

“Last year I had some time in-between 2 jobs and decided to build something that I always dreamed of - a garden studio. This was quite a challenge but I really enjoyed it. Where I needed help the most was in decorating the finish product. I'm good with a drill, but when it comes to choosing colours, I'm at lost. And Jo came to the rescue! The brief was simple. I wanted a modern urban man cave with plywood and all that cool Shoreditch style. Jo first selected the main colour which is a deep blue, and some amazing William Morris wallpaper. I was a bit sceptical about the latter but the end result is fabulous. She organised some shelvings and storage with oiled OSB doors, suggested leaving the raw plywood flooring and helped me selecting a nice Scandinavian desk. The end result is exactly ... me! “Nine Lives and Philippa were wonderful at making my house feel more like a home. We did not live in all of our rooms downstairs as we were not sure how to use them. Philippa came and quickly worked out the best use of space to allow flow in our home. She is great at picking out colours and textures and finds material and wallpaper that I would never have been able to contemplate. Everyone that comes into our home always asks questions about the wallpapers and the fabrics we used. I am really thankful to Philippa for her hard work and attention to detail. We will go back for more advice in the future.”
