That’s what makes her an amazing designer. We loved how methodical, responsive and creative she was. We had a very tight timeline for her but she managed to complete the entire work in about a month. She made the whole redecorating process so stress free for us and made sure we love everything in the space. She was always available to answer questions and made sure we were a part of every design step. We can’t say enough good things about Kasia and her team. We had very few ideas about what we wanted to do when Susan first arrived, but she was patient with us and helped guide us in identifying what we liked and didn't like. Her ideas and recommendations were always thoughtful and respectful and she always gave us a chance to think about what we wanted to do, every step of the way. As a result, in the end, our new room is beautiful and feels like us. We had a few challenges with items arriving damaged from suppliers (no fault of Susan's), but she took action quickly to remedy the situation and followed through until every detail was attended to. Susan was an absolute pleasure to work with. We are thrilled with our new family room decor. I have already recommended Susan to several of my friends. We'd work with her again in a heartbeat.”

“Sashya was hired to help us design the basement of our house (appx 1800 sq feet). She has previously worked with us with our interior design of our house and had done an excellent job.
She not only designed the basement but also helped us with the contruction process. She adds a lot of details to her work which makes it easy for the contruction process and shows attention to minor details which adds quality. She is respectful of our time and budget and gives us options to stay within our limits for both.
She has a friendly personality which makes it easier to work with and fun during the project. I would highly recommend her to anyone who would like to do any design or architect work big or small.”

“My husband and I hired Ann to help with our second floor house renovations. Ann was by far the best decision we made in the process. We both work full time and utilizing Ann made the project seamless. Her skills and expertise were exactly what we needed. She was very dedicated to our project from the planning to the finishing touches. She has an architectural background so her experience in creating sample plans is amazing. She thought of designs we could never envision. Our home was built over 100 years ago and it holds a lot of character and charm. Ann was adamant about keeping the historic charm of the design while still incorporating a young modern feel to it. She is very thorough and fair in her assessment of the project and when we went slightly over her estimated billable hours she let us know ahead of time as to not be surprised but it was well worth it. She was a lifesaver every step of the way. She worked very well with our hired contractor and counter parties. She went and gathered all the samples for flooring, tiles, vanity, and paint. That in itself was a tremendous help. The details of the design are what overwhelmed me and Ann was able to narrow down the samples based on my tastes. I shared with her my pinterest page and I have to say my bathroom is a perfect combination of all my pins. She is the expert and her experience is exactly what you need when undertaking a major project such as ours.
Without her, our bathroom and extended renovations would not be as beautiful as they are today! We are thankful everyday for Ann as we enjoy our updated home and appreciate every detail. We look forward to working with Ann in the future as we make our home our own.”

Where others see obstacles, Betsy finds solutions that are budget conscious and beautiful. Although she is not an architect, she designed a renovation project that solved a myriad of problems without requiring the massive renovation suggested by several contractors.
She is a pleasure to be around and has a wonderful positive attitude. My contractor, the subcontractors and our vendors all enjoy working with her as well because she is professional, conscientious, thorough and always well informed.
Having encountered other designers over the years who were either pushy - in the sense that they were not budget sensitive or that they wanted my home to reflect their taste -- I can honestly say Betsy is a breath of fresh air.
