I was away during the entire project and she understood my taste (whimsy modern?) and managed to bring the project (a complete rebuilt of an 1,100sf appt) to completion with a small budget and time overrun (but I still know that she saved me quite a bit of money in many ways). She was great at communicating despite the distance and over the time-zones and at shepherding the project through Vail's permitting nightmare. Her subcontractors were honest and personable. I am delighted with the result and am glad to have had Kasia as my contractor and decorator.”

She started working with us from the time demolition started so was instrumental in not only selecting furniture/finishes, but also providing guidance on the new layout of the home. As this was not our primary residence, we were rarely on site to oversee progress. Sherri took the time up front to review pictures we saved, understand our style and how we were going to use the house. She then presented a plan before building even began that went through selections for every room in the entire house. Sherry is extremely organized and very detail oriented. She developed a book for our project that contained all the selections for each room down to every detail- furniture, flooring, fixtures, paint, wood trim and anything else you could think of! She honestly nailed just about everything in that first presentation, not only reflecting the style we were looking for, but making selections that could withstand the rigors of children and pets. Her thoroughness made us feel confident that we could leave the project in her hands, which we quite literally did. Sherri was on site weekly, coordinating with vendors, reviewing their work and making them redo anything that wasn't perfect in her mind. Sherri saw to every detail including outfitting the kitchen and bathrooms so that all we had to do was step through the front door! Every time I walk in the house, I still think about how grateful I am that we found Sherri. She is a true professional and I would recommend her unconditionally to anyone. Thanks again Sherri!”
