“Meriwether Design Group is fantastic. I have used Meriwether for over fifteen years for our very traditional Atlanta house, my husband's dental practice and for our contemporary beach house. She is very versatile. I have strong ideas about what I like. She is an exquisite listener..... then she interprets what you requested into the design plan of your dreams. She is down to earth, realistic about pricing and soooo much fun....working her and her team is pure joy. I have recommended her to several friends including my next door neighbor. Everyone has been delighted. She loves what she does, and it shows. My older daughter has been so impressed by Meriwether throughout the years that it has influenced her career choice. I cannot make enough positive comments about Meriwether and her team. They are the absolute best, and I would recommend them to anyone. “Interiors by Natasha is fabulous! Natasha is very personable and has impeccable style as well as vision. She was able to transform our Traditional Dining Room from a colorless "nice" setting to a warm, colorful, Traditional yet Modern atmosphere that we truly love! We now make an effort to eat in our Dining Room weekly because it's so inviting! Natasha was able to put our dream into reality! Natasha came to our home and we figured out together how we wanted our Dining Room to look. Then she did all the leg work and found the items we discussed as well as painted, re-arranged our furniture and hung all the fixtures. Natasha did everything she said she would do within the price range we agreed upon. She also consulted with us throughout the process to make sure we approved her choices and their perspective prices. She truly lives by the motto the customer is always right because she made sure all our desires culminated into a true master piece!”

“Mary Jo was a Godsend to us. When we first contacted her for our full basement renovation including the addition of a bedroom and bathroom, we were under an extremely short timeline. Although I knew making decisions in a short timeframe was far less than an ideal situation, she swooped in and came to our rescue! Her calm and professional approach and valuable input allowed us to efficiently make important and time-sensitive decisions about our remodel including paint color, tile and bathroom hardware selections. She delivered her expert opinions to us in a direct yet flexible manner and worked with our contractor in an extremely respectful and collaborative fashion. Despite the time crunch, she took the time to learn about our preferences and personal style and then made targeted recommendations to us. She was quick-to-respond to all our follow-up questions even after the 2 hour consult and was very generous with her time to help us finalize our selections. Our project was much-improved as a result of her expertise and targeted input and now that the construction work is done, I can see that our favorite aspects of the end product resulted from her direct influence. We recently started phase two of this project including seeking her guidance on furniture selections and placement and recommendations on things like carpets and window treatments. Now that we are able to work with Mary Jo at a more relaxed pace, we are really benefitting from her deep knowledge and expert input. Her “rules of thumb” are helping to determine the optimal furniture placement. When it comes to picking out rugs, window treatments and things like that, since she already learned our personal style, she is able to make targeted recommendations that really make the selection process easy for us. Instead of sifting through hundreds of possibilities, she is able to narrow it down to just a few solid choices for us. We are very grateful to have found Mary Jo. Her knowledge, expertise, direct communication and easy-going style have benefitted our project tremendously. She is our now our interior design guru and I highly recommend her!”

“In 2003, I was quite overwhelmed and stressed out when we remodeled our kitchen and two downstairs bathrooms without a designer to help with the many decisions that have to be made. For our 2nd major project - a master bedroom and bath remodel, along with two other upstairs bathrooms - we knew we would use a designer and we turned to Valerie Garrett Interior Design. My husband and I were really impressed with Valerie’s attention to detail which was evident by the meticulous way she helped us make every decision of this project. She actually made our major remodel fun and exciting, and we could feel how important it was to her that we absolutely love our remodeled space. And… we are thoroughly delighted!! Valerie has transformed our 3 bathrooms and master bedroom into a fabulous living space, and we love to hear all the positive comments from friends and family. Our favorite is “it’s just like having a new house” – and they are so right. My husband even says he feels as if he’s stepped into a 5 Star hotel or a luxury spa every time he goes into our master bathroom. With Valerie’s level of talent and extensive knowledge, and with the assistance of a contractor that really helped move this project along quickly, we knew we would not have the same mistakes as in our first remodel. Valerie made sure to keep the pace moving forward and that progress was never slowed down by working ahead of the contractor. Since we had Valerie Garrett working with us on this project, I was definitely stress-free. It is so rare to find someone with her level of organization, dedication and enthusiasm. “Mrs. Turner did an amazing job in helping us remodel our bathroom and home office! She turned our 1970s hot pink tiled bathroom into a bright, open modern oasis. She allowed us to be as involved as we wanted to be when deciding what the aesthetic would be and allowed us to give input regarding the final product. She also did a great job handling the unexpected issues that inevitably arise when it comes to remodeling an older home. She really listens to what her customers want and help their vision come to life. We could not be happier with our new space!”
