If we were not quiet sure of the look we were going for, she was always good at offering a few options and the results exceeded our expectations. We have asked her to come back and do more!”

“I hired Anna to help us decorate 4 rooms in our new home (living and adjacent dining room, den, loft). She was a great listener, and fit our needs perfectly. We didn't need a full-service decorator to buy our furniture for us. However, we did need help picking out pieces that would work well together, and stretched us beyond the bland all-neutral palette that was our "comfort zone." We have been very happy with the results, and would recommend her highly!”

They are extremely creative and picked out pieces for my home that I never would have considered or been able to find on my own, but worked out perfectly. “I referred Alchemy to assist my client in a whole house remodel/addition in Huntington Beach. I was responsible for the plans and permit, with general placement of interior fixtures. They did the final appearances adjusting layouts, spaces, and the accompanying fixtures (plumbing, tile, flooring, lights, cabinets, colors, furniture, and decorations). An additional challenge to this project was meeting the needs to make the whole house accessible to a motorized wheelchair: ADA compliant. It was a real surprise to see the changes: it was how the space makes you feel when you're in it and thy nailed it for the clients tastes and function, along with their interest in entertaining and assisting their disabled family member. It's art combined with function. Well done!”

“We found International Custom Design about 6 years ago from the internet when we remodeled our master bath. We started looking for a designer because we could not decide on tile type, color or layout and shopping in a tile showroom was overwhelming with hundreds of choices and patterns. Finding Intl. Custom Design was the best move we made. After the initial meeting, tile samples and colors were brought to us to choose from as well as photos of fixtures (lighting, faucets, cabinets, knobs, etc.). This alone saved so much time for us! Very detail oriented, budget conscious and always available to discuss details with our contractor. We can’t be happier with the end result, it turned out nicer than we could have done on our own. Since then they designed another bathroom for us and just recently the tiling of our foyer. We even ordered window coverings through them! We have recommended Intl. Custom Design to everyone we know who is considering a remodel. Our experience has been great with this company…we highly recommend International Custom Design.”

We had very rough ideas on what we wanted and he was able to draw out plans and exact diagrams that the builders used to redesign our staircase, fireplace and kitchen. “Anita is the most creative and collaborative designer I have ever me. My Master Suite in Aliso Viejo is posted on Houzz website a beautiful job from Anita and staff in Aug 2011. Easy to work with and creates your vision to make a beautiful home from lightening, rugs, custom wood, sofa, chairs and exquisite one of a kind furniture, drapes and upholstery. I recently got married and I course we called Anita to help us achieve our new look together...so pleased Aug 2013. Teri Streelman”
