“Ich habe mir eine Wohnung in einer Wohnanlage in Majoris Decima gekauft. Da diese 15 Jahre alt war und eher spanisch-zweckmäßig ausgestattet war habe ich mich aufgrund von sehr guten Empfehlungen für Alina als Bauleiterin entschieden, um diese Wohnung meinen Vorstellungen entsprechend umzubauen und einzurichten. Sie sorgte für zuverlässige Handwerker und preis-, sowie termingerechte Umgestaltung. Ich habe Schallisolierungen zu den Nachbarwohnungen setzen lassen, Vinyl auf dem Fußboden verlegen lassen, die Bäder und die Küche komplett ausgetauscht. Nach Fertigstellung der Bauarbeiten haben Alina und ich diverse Einrichtungshäuser besucht und sehr schöne, zugleich praktische, Möbelstücke ausgesucht. Die Lieferung und der Aufbau wurden von ihr organisiert, so dass ich ganz ohne Stress die Entwicklung verfolgen konnte und mich seitdem an meiner Wohnung sehr erfreue. Alleine hätte ich das sicher nicht geschafft!”
