“Rachel from Sundance was absolutely fabulous. She knows hers colors and has a great sense of finding what looks best but keeps her clients wishes first and foremost. I had an idea to use green as I love the color and because we live in the mountains thought this would be a harmonious color to use. My husband thought brown would be better as the house was originally redwood. The browns I found just didn't work and then I found Rachel. Well, she nailed it by selecting several browns that could be used with our home. Who knew there could be so many browns that would complement our home. She selected the trim color and deck color. This home never looked better and the colors she selected brought the natural stone that the original builder added to the house, now gives it a WOW factor rather then just existing next to the gray color that one of the former owners painted. Thank you, Rachel for such a great job.”

Saved me hours and hours of trying to figure out what tile, flooring, vanity, etc., and then saved me from all the endless second-guessing that I would have done on my own. Problem solved! “Leyla came out for a 2 hour consultation. My intent was to get ideas and colors for a dining room and bathroom. It was totally worth it because Leyla seems to instinctively know design. In her mind's eye she saw a round table where I had been considering to switch out my rectangular dining table for a round one but I hadn't even asked her yet. She pointed to me that of all the pictures I saved for her to see what style attracted me, my current decor did not reflect it, in color or style. Seems like a no brainer and yet I didn't see that until she showed me specifics. She pointed out things like wallpaper and paint meeting without an architectural break was a no no. I never liked the way it looked but didn't know why. She honestly pointed out that my kitchen was too dark, and that I should repaint the dark ceilings. Her manner is direct, honest and cheerfully friendly. I had a long list of questions and she addressed every one satisfactorily whether it was about draperies, wall colors or furnishings. I would hire Leyla again. Sorry no pictures yet. Because I'm acting as my own general contractor and doing a lot of the work myself it is taking longer than anticipated, perhaps I can attach a photo later on.”
