“I helm a women's networking group in New York City and host events monthly. The ladies of M&P Design Group designed the banner that sat at the end of the runway for a June fashion show. All sixteen women who were walking were 'role models' versus 'runway models.' All sixteen were South Asian, which is my brand, and all sixteen were employed in Science Technology Engineering or Math fields. I was making a statement about the jobs of the future, and highlighting the ladies who occupy them now. I asked Julia and Alex to come up with banner design which would serve as the backdrop of every photo taken. They collated all the symbols and designs from the event to-date and created the most stunning design for a runway backdrop. And turned it around in the time they indicated they would. I'm someone who is very focused and gets things done. I appreciate it so much when I find fellow lady entrepreneurs who share the same work ethic--and creativity!”

“I hired Pash Design on the advice of a friend. I was absolutely floored at Sara’s ability to create a warm, inviting space within the limitations of having a fast moving, busy family of five. The entire process was seamless and the attention to detail was really impressive. Sara and her team created a schedule that we needed to stick to in order to accomplish our goal by the timeline I had pressed for. The communication was constant and even when I provided feedback that I preferred something different, sara was really able to hear what my concerns were and addressed each one in such a compassionate way that I I felt completely at ease allowing her team to create unique solutions by using different textures, patterns and organic materials in order to create a space that feels both polished and stylish and comfortable and lived in simultaneously. I would not hesitate to use their services again should the occasion arise.”

I brought her in after I'd committed to a terrible contractor and she was able to successfully work through enormous challenges with skill, confidence and grace. She has a clear point of view and great ideas, but is collaborative and a pleasure to work with. Handled budgets with ease and no unexpected surprises. “Charlene is an absolute dream to work with. After moving into a 2 BR condo in New York, I needed someone who could highlight the best qualities of the space and create a vibe that was both chic and cozy at the same time. I had a few ideas stylistically about what I wanted, but Charlene crystallized the vision and brought it to life in a way that I never could have envisioned. The priorities for the project were the kitchen, living room, and the main bedroom. At our first design consultation, we discussed fabrics, finishes, and color palette, taking into consideration not just how the pieces and textures would look together but also how each room would feel when you walked into it. What I appreciated most about the process is Charlene's ability to merge her eye for design with creating a space that was totally personal and also functional. I had a few vintage pieces with sentimental value that I wanted to incorporate, and we found a way to feature them among the more modern design elements. It was also important to me to include some items that were locally-sourced, and Charlene was able to find some really special ceramic pieces and lighting through her relationships with artisans in the Brooklyn area. She even found a local female-owned and operated painting company to do the limewash in the bedroom. How cool is that?? I am so thankful to have worked with Charlene on this project. She made the entire process seamless and fun, and no detail went unconsidered. The final space is beautiful and leaves me feeling relaxed and reenergized every time I walk in the door. I could not have asked for a better partner on this project.”

“Stefania did an excellent job of transforming our garden shed into an artistic living environment both inside and outside. She made our post and beam into a beautiful, comfortable, usable creative space to be in. Outside, Stef morphed living tress and shrubs into a usable space. I couldn't believe how organic our new space is. I love her work!”
