“Sarah did an amazing job helping us with our basement renovation. We have a small space with some constraints from the original construction of the house, and Sarah nonetheless managed to create a bright and open space that doesn't feel like a basement at all. She also gave us different options at various price points for furniture, and when we wanted some modifications, she quickly turned those around and met ours needs perfectly. If we ever have another home renovation project, we'd absolutely go back to Sarah for our design needs.”

“I hired BKDP back in October 2011 to redesign the ground level and 2 second level bathrooms of my home. After interviewing different design companies, both my wife and I felt most comfortable with Fardid and Ken as they were very clear and detailed in explaining the whole design process and how they charge for design and renovation to us. The design process took about 6 weeks and the design was revised a couple of times as we added more items to our wish list. They presented different design and material options to us and guided us to select the design that we like. The renovation took about 3 months to complete and we were very pleased with the end result. During the renovation, their coordinator kept us updated with their progress and schedule without the need of me calling them. And whenever I call or e-mail them with questions concerning the project, they would respond to me right away. We are considering to renovate our basement later on and we would definitely rehire BKDP for their service without hesitation.”

“Rebecca, RacK Design was amazing to work with! I run a not-for-profit business that need a lot of work for not a huge budget. She was amazing at coming up with ideas outside of the box, brought the building into 2020 with respecting its historical charm and was hands on through the process. “We brought a gorgeous house near Niagara area and beautiful classic furniture at end of 2016. But we have difficult time to make the home as we imagined. We sent out a few emails and wish someone to call us so that we can get the home ready for Christmas parties. Heather from Rowan Design responded almost immediately and she dropped by in a short period of time. We are so pleased by her professional interior design and warmhearted personality.
