“We had the pleasure of working with Gemma to update our family room and kitchen. The results are outstanding! Gemma's incredible eye for design and extremely professional working style made the project a pleasure from start to finish. Gemma has an excellent eye for detail and architecture. She took my many inspiration photos and created new spaces that feel as though they've always been in our home. She thought of every last detail, so the spaces feel truly finished. Gemma is a great communicator and there were no surprises. She was clear about what our budget would permit, and was creative about making it work. She has excellent taste and has clear opinions, which helped me make good decisions. Gemma has outstanding resources in Chicago and long working relationships with those vendors -- it was clear how much they trust and respect her taste. From furniture to artwork to window treatments to accessories, she can make anything happen. We are thrilled with the outcome and would absolutely work with her again. I would recommend her without hesitation to anyone.”

“I have worked with Laura since we bought our house 8 years ago. She has done an amazing job at helping us decorate to our tastes -- but at least 10x better than we could have done on our own. She's helped us understand the space, what furniture will fit in it, the colors that will work best, etc. I think she's actually saved us money because every choice is well thought out -- we do not have to later discard items that do not fit or that do not coordinate well. Laura is very efficient and professional. I cannot recommend her highly enough.”

“I had worked with Tory Day before so when I needed a designer to remodel my bathroom, I immediately thought of her. She listens to what I want, finds samples for me to review, coordinates with the contractors, and checks on progress/resolves issues along the way. She is great at choosing reliable and knowledgeable vendors to work with too. The work went flawlessly, quickly, and the result was fantastic. I will use her again this year when I redo my other bathroom.”

“In 2008 we made the decision to sell our home and move into a new-construction condo in the city. The actual move happened in 2012, so we had the pleasure of working with Eva Quateman and her team over the course of a few years. Eva did a fabulous job of helping us select which pieces from our home to update and take with us and also finding different uses for some of our favorite pieces. For instance, she suggested we use our antique secretary in the master bedroom as a TV cabinet. Because we bought new construction, Eva helped us finalize our floor plans and finishings with the developer. She suggested some changes, such as adding a wall between our kitchen and great room resulting in more kitchen cabinet space and a formal dining area vs. a counter area. Eva recognized our traditional decor preferences, and she selected fabrics, furniture and finishings that coordinated well with our antiques to create a beautiful and comfortable new home. Eva and her team were professional, friendly and attentive. It was an enjoyable experience working with the Eva Quateman team, and I would highly recommend Eva Quateman Interiors!”

“Chad was great to work with! After 8 years with a large empty stairwell wall I was so excited to work with Chad to design a picture wall. He really listened to what I was looking for and made it a reality. I truly LOVE my picture wall and so many people love it when they walk in my house. “Meredith is an amazing designer. It is apparent she loves her job. She understood my style, my needs and my budget. When I wanted an item that did not fit into my budget, she found a way to make it fit or explained to me why this would put the project over budget and found alternatives when necessary. She designed our rental condo unit in the city, which was a clean slate and our new offices for my market research company. I always felt comfortable expressing my opinion and she was always quick to change out an item if I expressed doubt about it. I believe using Meredith actually saved me money while still achieving my goals and meeting my deadlines. I can't wait to work with Meredith on my next project-a basement design.”
