“Recently, I engaged BLD to design a custom fireplace surround and built-in bookcases using their Room Service offering. Their design exceeded expectations – it was thoughtful, unique, creative, and exactly what I wanted. The attention to detail is outstanding. During the process, I gave Caitlin some design inspirations and they worked their magic. They presented several options, each of which had interchangeable elements (meaning, I could pick and choose my favorite elements from each design) for the final product. Once we had the final design, I shopped it around to contractors of my choice. BLD provided detailed elevations and a shopping list, which made everything push-button for me and the contractor to execute. For any questions that arose, my contractor and I were able to work out ourselves and not bother BLD again, which speaks to the high quality and detail of the designs provided. Besides their design, their communication and admin process was smooth and very easy. They were very responsive and worked timely with excellent, thorough communication. I truly appreciate thorough communication with questions fully answered each time. You will hear from them within a reasonable amount of time and never be left wondering if you should follow up. Overall, I could not be more thrilled with the final product and the process. I hope to be able to use them again in the future!”
