“Lillian is a unique talent. She has the ability to see potential in your home you never could have imagined, and then the ability to build her vision at a reasonable cost, greatly increasing the market value of your home. Lillian took my parents’ 50-year-old home and brought it into the 21st century, turning it into a like-new home. As a result of her creation we realized multiple bids upon listing and netted some $90,000 more upon sale than estimated by one of the largest real estate companies in the Twin Cities. She worked tirelessly to bring her vision to life, putting in unimaginable hours of time preparing the home for sale, with her keen eye noticing the smallest detail. I cannot say enough about her dedication to helping us prepare our parents’ home for its new owners, in making the design decisions for us which maximized the home’s potential and market value. Thanks both to Lillian and Clayton for all your hard work in preparing my childhood home for sale and for the great result you achieved.”

“Jane Marie did an awesome job redecorating our Master Bedroom. We wanted a relaxing master suite and she more than accompished our goal. Her knowledge of color, texture and fabrics was excellent. She was very quick to pick up on our likes, dislikes, style and personality. Her selection of contractors (electrician and carpenter) was great. We even used the electrician for a different project on our own. The project was finished within the deadlines that we set. She was very realistic when setting the deadlines while keeping in mind we were dealing with many items that needed to be ordered and custom made. We were unrealistic in the budget we set for our bedroom project given our taste and selection of items. We purchased everything new in our bedroom during this project, including bed, chairs, tables, artwork and accessories. Jane Marie was awesome at saving us money whenever she could. She was also great at finding low cost and washable items for our bedding due to the fact that we have two Golden Retrievers that are in our room at night. We would highly recommend Jane Marie and Embellshment Design Studio to anyone and if we ever do a redecorating project again, we plan on working with her again.”

“I worked with Abby of Happy Interriors for a design of the main level of our home. She developed a floor plan, selected furniture, paint colors, fixtures, kitchen door pulls, window treatments, etc. Abby was outstanding - she listened and really understood what we hoped to achieve in our home, and created a design we absolutely love. Her service was outstanding from start to finish, which included a mock-up and modifications to the design, purchasing, delivery and installation. Happy Interiors' pricing was also extremely reasonable - they charge a flat fee based on the rooms you are working on. I would highly recommend this company and specifically Abby.”

“Our home is 105 years old. Annie helped with kitchen and bathroom renovations including color, lighting and hardware choices. She helped select wallpaper for the powder bath and front hall and choose fabrics to recover chairs in the master bedroom, dining room and living room. Finally, she helped us purchase new blinds for the bedrooms and choose fabric for roman shades for the family room which she had made and installed. Annie was wonderful. She presented a well thought out plan for colors etc. and was very sensitive to our reactions. If we did not like a color, she accepted our decision graciously. She is very well organized and clearly presented the costs associated with our project before we began. She managed and coordinated all aspects of work including the ordering of fabric etc., pick up, recovering and delivery of furniture. I will happily use Annie in the future if we do any further work.”

“Natalie asked us about our style and then went through our house and gave us ideas for each room. She did all our planning, shopping and staging! She has done everything from helping us remodel a sunroom to creating a beautiful bedroom for our 3 year old daughter! Natalie also helped us with our entry way, living room and dining room. We love everything she has done in our house! She is also very respectful of our budget!”

Kelly from Regarding Design asked questions and listened to the details of my daily routine and lifestyle. She created a space plan that allows for living, working, and entertaining. She used color, patterns, and textiles to add softness and sophistication. I love how it all turned out!
