“Haus Interior Design is amazing! Remodeling is a stressful process but Kirsten Kaplan kept us sane! Not only does she have an amazing eye for design detail, but she worked extremely well with our subcontractors making sure our remodel timeline and expectations were met. We did a full kitchen renovation and Kirsten was instrumental in helping us choose everything from the hardwood floors to the cabinet hardware. Not only was she able to find us some amazing grasscloth for a fabulous focal wall, she knew the right people to call for a flawless install. The result is one amazing kitchen!”

“I had a pending job opportunity in DC area and came across basement property that would be ready by the time I would need it (3 months later). I viewed property in construction phase and could not see it as a place I'd want to live, let alone be ready in three months. I was so wrong and so blown away! The tiny basement apartment looked roomy and had a zen flow post construction. Amazing design!”

“I hired Pierre Jean-Baptiste Interiors to create a new look for our den. We needed new furnishings, accessories, lighting, and a fresh coat of paint. We are a family of four and we needed a timeless space to relax after busy work and school days. To my surprise the project turned out better than expected. They provided the electrician to come and replace my old hanging chandelier. The painters were on time and clean. After proposing a sofa that I was not 100% sold on, I went against my feelings to let them piece the room together and I could not have been happier with the selections. Thanks again!”

She's extraordinary in understanding her client's needs and preferences while bringing ideas and solutions that are within budget and efficiently implemented. She has developed kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and living room designs for us that brought a cohesive look to our entire home. Her use of color is exceptional and the coordination of rugs, textiles and artwork was brought together with a keen eye and understanding of our preferences.
