“Not only does Ava and Arlene have impeccable design taste. They will handle everything from the idea phase, to hiring the proper General Contractor, subs, over seeing the entire process and being present at the job site during the work. They did everything from A to Z. They made redecorating my home a simple breeze. From providing me my options and giving me the pros and cons of each option with various cost estimates made it easy for me to make a comfortable informed decision on every step of the process. They are extremely flexible with their service. Their contractors are also professional and very neat. They clean up after every job and make the process very convenient. The outcome turned out better than I expected and I am a very satisfied customer.”

“I hired Anna to help us decorate 4 rooms in our new home (living and adjacent dining room, den, loft). She was a great listener, and fit our needs perfectly. We didn't need a full-service decorator to buy our furniture for us. However, we did need help picking out pieces that would work well together, and stretched us beyond the bland all-neutral palette that was our "comfort zone." We have been very happy with the results, and would recommend her highly!”

“I hired Neela to turn my small dark family room into a room my family wanted to use. Now it's the most used room in the house- after the kitchen, of course! Neela helped transform the room into the perfect family room for MY family. She listened to what I wanted, used family-friendly fabrics as I requested, and placed artistic touches throughout. Now it's a useable space- not just a beautiful space I don't want to touch as many "designed" rooms can be. My husband, son and I love the room. Now we're working in my dining room. After working with another designer (whose finished product I love but whose process I had problems with), I realize how Neela's organized, responsive process was crucial for me as a working mom.”

“We absolutely LOVED working with both Andrea and Jeff Browning of Model Design! We felt so incredibly fortunate to find a husband-wife team that could handle all aspects of the architectural planning and design of our extensive remodel. Both Jeff and Andrea were stellar with their individual components of the job and obviously could work in fantastic unison when it came to decisions that involved both an architect and designer. . there was no waiting for hard-to-schedule meetings between the two! Jeff is super professional but very down-to-to-earth and extremely easy to work with. His calm and laid-back style was so appreciated during a process that can be very stressful! Jeff was super responsive and was able to bring together a team of engineers and our construction crew to address some of the more challenging parts of our remodel. We loved his enthusiasm in helping us achieve our vision for the function and flow of a redesigned floor plan and his full commitment to making it happen! Andrea's incredible artistry and talent as a designer was critical to turning the form of the house into the dream home we had envisioned!
