“I recently moved to a brand new apartment from a traditional Victorian terraced house after 30 years and so I wanted something totally new and different to what I had lived with previously. My taste is not very modern at all and so I was wanting someone who could help me create a really stylish space that would still suit my tastes (quite eclectic I must add!) In addition it is a really small and compact flat and so I needed some clever thinking on how and what to use, where. I decided to try My Bespoke Room as there service felt very affordable (only £75 per room) and they agreed to come and do an on site visit for a very small additional charge. Using them meant that I could still be in control of what was ordered and my budget, as they just gave me all the tools which saved me loads of time. I was so excited to see it transform that I kept updating them and I really felt they were as excited as I was and really into the project too which was really nice! I got on really well with both of them straight away and was really impressed with what they came up with. It is such a slick an easy service and their virtual moodboard is really cool. It covered everything from paint colours, wallpaper to furniture and finishing touches, including coat hooks and an umbrella stand! This was money well spent and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for some help in designing and furnishing their homes. Well done girls!!!”

“I approached Leigh initially for advice and inspiration for a dull and gloomy hallway. She quickly made suggestions for some beautiful console tables, statement mirror and amazing copper lighting. The copper lighting really lifted the whole area and showed off my attic flooring to its best. I was so impressed I asked her to redesign an ensuite bathroom for the guest bedroom. It is now modern, practical and stylish. Some really interesting and different thing that I would never have thought of by myself. The work was completed quickly and to a high standard with no mess or convenience to us. Top class job and looking forward to commissioning another new bathroom soon.”

“The brief for the St Johns Wood apartment was to bring it up-to-date, with a modern look, but within a relatively tight budget and timeline. Yusra and the team delivered superbly on all fronts: the revamp of the flooring and the kitchen, with a re-paint in fresh colours, completely revived the look of the ageing property. Furthermore, the modern, bright, and selectively colourful furniture and furnishings made the apartment extremely desirable for tenants; so much so that all three visitors on the first day of viewings put in an offer and the apartment was let within 24 hours of being put on the market. The best thing about the refit was that even a few years later, it still looks as fresh as the day it was done - in short, an excellent return on my interior decoration refit investment”

“I hired the services of Moodesignz after a friends recommendation. Dory came for a consultation to discuss options for our 3 rooms which involved changing the use of 2 of them. I got 3D views and mood boards with plenty of product suggestions! Often with us picking the first item recommended. Overall the rooms flow together nicely and we have received many many complements on the design. It's like it fits your house style nicely so you feel you could have come up with it as not out there but in reality of course you couldn't that's why you hired Dory! Fully recommend.”

“WOW, Catherine is amazing! I now totally love my stunning open living space and the whole family now wants to spend time together. I always thought I had a good eye for décor and design so was tempted to tackle myself but wanted some fresh ideas. Catherine gave me options, ideas and really challenged my thinking about what I wanted to create. I never thought I would live in a home like this, and it has brought the entire family together to relax and enjoy in pure luxury! Even my older children want to chill out with us now! It’s not just the materials, textures and colours she helped with, Catherine helped create more space, lighting with features and accessories that I’d never have found. Catherine is so positive and creative - she made sure everything was perfect. I can’t thank Catherine enough – she is friendly and bubbly and a true professional, friendly, always taking time to listen and then comes up with the most amazing suggestions. “Emilie was brilliant. She did a complete renovation of my Victorian terrace, upstairs and down, including kitchen extension and reviving some original features that had been stripped away. She took my (attempts at explaining) my style and turned it into an actual vision. She gave me solutions to using the space which I had been defeated by and saved me a lot of money on bad furniture decisions. The contractors Emilie brought in were great too. A friendly, hard working team I came to know and like well. Before she got to work, I basically regretted buying my house. The house had so many issues and we didn't have a lot of room in the budget, but she delivered a home I never want to leave. She is very friendly and professional, never lets you feel like you're alone. Highly recommend.”
